Florella Marceau is a residence consisting of 11 apartments designed to maximize guest comfort. Located in La Banane, its location is strategic for those who want to be close to all points of interest. In about a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette with its beaches and boutiques. Nearby are the picturesque Suquet with the Forville market and the port, as well as restaurants and cafés. An ideal choice for those seeking a central location, whether for leisure or business stays.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 7:00 PM, check-ins are subject to approval, except during congress periods and the summer season.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on site. Please note that a physical check-in after 7:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during congress periods and the summer season.
For self check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.
