The apartment is very centrally located and has a balcony overlooking a lovely square. The self-check-in process was convenient.
The oversized artwork in the room was rather kitsch and dominated the space. Although the building is historic, it has lost much of its original charm after being converted into individual apartments.

logement en plein centre ville d'aix les bains, très lumineux et bien équipé. l'appartement situé dans un immeuble féerique!!!
l'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas, le ménage était moyen, nous avons commencé par passer un coup de balai dans le salon. la statue annoncée dans la chambre nous a fait vraiment très peur!!

Central location near shops, restaurants, train station, etc. Recently renovated apartment. Host kindly offered cot and baby bath for our children.
Location was noisy in evenings due to nearby restaurants, concerts in a nearby park on multiple nights, and cars/bikes revving engines and speeding on a few evenings until late. FYI, this is not a hotel. We thought it was, due to the name. It is an apartment in a beautiful (but a bit run down) old building that used to be a hotel. This wasn't a problem, but good to be clear. Some basic supplies were missing, like hand soap.
