Excellent one night stay with good facilities.

Security of the car park, convenience of the property & itself facilities

Found the beds a little hard. While generally helpful the photos didn’t wholly reflect what was in the key safe. However the response from the owner was excellent in helping us.

Light and spacious apartment

The property is spacious, light and generally has everything you need. It is well located to the extent that you can walk to the lake or the town in 20 mins either way. The garden was nice for our dog and gets sun from later morning which is lovely . It stays cool onside even when very warm outside. There is underground garages secure parking

We hadn’t appreciated that the apartment was one of many in a housing block without any view at all. It would help if this was made clear ( see photo) The instructions to find which one it was or to access the garage were not good. We had the wrong code for the key and then no instructions to find the apartment which has no number. The owner was immediately available by phone to help but he need to just amend his instructions which I see has been raised by others too. The apartment is generally very well equipped and has great storage but let down by a few small things 1) It needs mirrors in bedrooms . There is 1 mirror in the bathroom only. I see others had e also raised this but it seems to be ignored. 2) We had 2 tiny threadbare towels which were once white but now grey. There were no hand towels. 3) The apartment has sleeping for 6 (max) and a 2 seater sofa! How does that work? We were a couple so it was ok for us to. 4) Pillows need changing - they have gone lumpy

Exceptional but a little expensive

It was great to have private parking and a garden. Very lovely modern and spacious apartment. Awesome communication with hosts and it was easy to find with the check in instructions. Book of activities nearby was very helpful and the pizza place across the street is amazing

I think it was a little too expensive per night given that the guests have a check out list of things to do (take out trash, strip beds, etc) Normally for €200+ a night that’s included. We also had no dishwasher tablets and the heating wasn’t the best, but those are very minor things that I’m nitpicking!

évier bouché, pas de clefs à l'arrivée, logement sale, odeur de cigarette dans le logement, disfonctionnement du chauffage et du lave vaisselle, étendage en piteuse état...

Bien mais plus d'entretien serait mieux.

Bel appartement, au calme. Peut-être un peu juste pour 6 personnes concernant les couchages, sinon, rien à redire sur l'appartement en lui-même.

En premier lieu, les codes d'accès au site n'étaient pas les bons . Il a fallu appeler le propriétaire pour obtenir les bons codes. Ensuite, impossible d'ouvrir le portail d'accès à la propriété ( batterie de la télécommande HS) - merci aux habitants qui nous ont gentiment ouvert - puis , même punition pour l'accès au parking que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser. Contraints de se garer dans les rues adjacentes. Enfin, propreté de l'appartement laissant à désirer. Vaisselle et literie avec des traces. Vraiment dommage car l'appartement, bien entretenu, serait vraiment top.

Manque de sérieux malgré un beau potentiel

Calme de la résidence et l'accès securisé. Garage (mais porte HS)

Porte du garage en sous sol ne se fermait pas (ne répondait pas à la télécommande) - salle de bains (évier et baignoire sales) ---> nettoyage par nos soins - toiles d'araignées au plafond (aspiration par nos soins) - jardin non tondu (herbe haute). Loueur avisé immédiatement : réponse...j'essaye de régler ça !!! Naturellement, aucune action (on s'en doutait)

Relax prop dels Alps

Un apartament molt agradable i bonic. Amb jardí per a mascotes. Té pàrquing. Llits amples. Zona tranquil·la, no cèntrica, però hi ha diversos comerços. Es poden fer moltes excursions: Ginebra, Annecy, Chanaz, Megéve, Yvoire, la preciosa Abadia d'Hetacombe amb vaixell i en cotxe des d'Aix-les-Bains, Chamonix. Etc, etc

Trobar aranyes i teranyines a tots els racons dels sostres (les vam treure nosaltres). Només 3 tovalloles per a 3 persones (vam estar 5 nits). Normalment en deixen dues , ni que sigui per eixugar les mans. Regió ,en general ,amb molts mosquits i al no haver-hi mosquiteres vam haver de comprar tot tipus d'aparells i esprais perquè si obríem les finestres entraven ràpidament. La pizzeria del costat que anuncien al Booking fa temps que va tancar. La resta molt bé.

Séjour très bien lié à l'emplacement de l'appartement qui permet de visiter la région facilement

A notre arrivée le ménage avait été fait de façon très sommaire et il nous a fallu renettoyer l'appartement ; nous l'avons signalé à notre interlocuteur photos à l'appui Carreaux non faits Terrasse non nettoyée et transat sales Toilettes sale Evier salle de bain bouché ; nous avons dû acheter du produit pour déboucher les canalisations Plaid sales il a fallu les passer à la machine Pas de protection (alèse) sur l'un des lits VMC très sales ; nous avons dû les nettoyer pour fluidifier l'aération Jardin non entretenu Serviettes de toilettes usées et très mauvaise odeur ; nous avons dû en racheter

Au top !

Magnifique appartement, avec tous le confort nécessaire, au calme et proche des commodités. L'arrivée autonome est appréciable. Le jardin nous a permis de profitez de l'extérieur.

Seul bémol, il manquait quelques ustensiles de nettoyage.

Logement quasi neuf et agréable. Terrasse très sympathique, cuisine fonctionnelle, garage appréciable, météo clémente

manque d'équipement dans la cuisine (pas d'essoreuse à salade, pas de couverts à salade, pas d'économe), vaisselle pas toujours propre, peu d'éclairage indirect dans le salon, lampes de chevets absentes ou peu éclairantes (difficile de lire le soir avant de dormir)

Un pied à terre pour se rendre dans les stations.

Idéal pour une famille avec deux petits enfants.

La femme de ménage était pressée et nos remarques ( linge de l’ancien locataire laissé dans le sèche-linge )ne lui ont pas plu. C’est ça d’avoir un propriétaire qui laisse la gestion à des intermédiaires, agences ou tierces personnes.

Propriétaire peu faire mieux en matériel au logement.

D'abord le l'hôte ne m'a pas indiqué le numéro de la boite aux lettres et j'ai dû demandé le renseignement à un habitant du complexe résidentiel. Ensuite j'ai dû téléphoné au propriétaire au sujet de l'entrée de la location. Pour le logement nous avons constaté qu'il manquait une machine à café avec support à filtres. Mes amies n'ont pas trouvé de miroir pour ce maquiller ou ce coiffer en dehors de la salle de bains.

Ce que moi et mes amis ont apprécié c'est l'emplacement et la distance entre le logement et le site de la compétition.
