Fabulous place, fabulous host, amazing view to wake up to.

The place is as close to the water front as it gets, the view in each morning was amazing. It is super clean, the bed is super comfortable, wifi is solid, and the host was super accommodating, gave me recommendations and answered all my needs. It was really great.

Clean, comfortable, lovely apartments

Lovely location on the beautiful lake at the foot of the mountains, great welcome from Maxime, comfortable apartments. Recommend Takamaka in the Grand Port for good value cycle, tandem and kayak hire.

All good, but a tip - if you're travelling in summertime and want a view of the lake, ask for the top floor. The middle floor has a great view of the Dent du Chat mountain, but the trees, lovely as they are, block the view of the lake.

Markant gebouw op een prachtige locatie. Mooi gerenoveerd, comfortabel met nieuw interieur. We hadden het appartement op de 2e verdieping met aan beide zijden uitzicht op het meer. Mooie omgeving en restaurants op loopafstand.

Très bien, nous y reviendrons sûrement

L'emplacement sur le petit port Le charme de la bâtisse années 30 et la modernité de la rénovation autour de 2024 : belles cuisine et salle d'eau. Literie très confortable Les échanges avec le propriétaire, très attentif à nos besoins pour notre fille de 2 ans.

Un séjour ressourçant au bord du lac

Le logement est à proximité direct du lac. La vue est magnifique et donne sur le lac et les montagnes. Nous avons pu profiter du calme et de la balade en bord du lac. Le logement est très bien aménagé et il y a un petit balcon. Nous y retournerons !

Le lieu est parfait. Proposition de « local » pour mettre les vélos en sécurité. La vue de l’appartement est magnifique. Le personnel, efficace et très sympa.

Super fijn, comfortabel, rustig en relaxed.

Eigenlijk alles, nu hadden wij ook nog eens prachtig weer, waardoor wij s'avonds op het balkon van een wijntje, het uitzicht en eten van de plaatstelijke traiteurs konden genieten. Maxime is daarbij een prima host. Bood ons bij aankomst zijn eigen fietsen aan, we hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar dit zijn details die je een fijn gevoel geven.

L’emplacement est parfait, Annecy est à 35mn en voiture. Appartement Très propre et fonctionnel, lumineux et décoration agréable. L’hôte est très gentil et disponible en cas de besoins. Logement sécurisé et le parking devant le logement est très appréciable ! L’endroit est calme et paisible Merci encore !

Accès par l’escalier au 3 ème étage (plus délicat pour les bagages lourds) Équipement haut de gamme peut être à compléter par un bar réfrigéré pour les boissons

Schöne, komplett renovierte Villa am See

Super Lage mit schönem Blick auf den See. Toll renovierte Villa. Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

Aufgrund der Fotos zur hatten wir mit Kühlschrank / Küche gerechnet, was für die mitgebrachten Lebensmittel nich gut war. Die Küche ist aber wohl in anderer Wohnung im Haus. 😒

Wir werden dort wieder Stop einen Stop machen auf dem Weg nach Südfrankreich.

Die Lage war perfekt am alten Hafen. Das mit Abstand schönste Haus am Platz. Sehr gutes gutes Restaurant mit Seeterasse 2 Minuten fussläufig entfernt. 5 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt kann man an einem Strand im See schwimmen. Perfekt auch für Kinder, die noch nicht schwimmen können, da Sandstand und recht lange sehr flach.

Frühstück bzw. Frühstücksraum gibt es nicht. Allerdings kostenlos Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer.

LA PERLE DU LAC

Tout était parfait : l'emplacement absolument exceptionnel en première ligne sur le petit port avec vue splendide sur le lac, la plage à 2 minutes à pied, les restos tout près, le parking privé devant la maison. Excellent accueil de Maxime venu lui-même nous accueillir. Déco très soignée et très réussie avec un beau choix de couleurs, un ameublement de qualité et des lits excellents, y compris le canapé-lit très confortable. Propreté parfaite. Kitchenette bien pensée et bien équipée. Climatisation réversible dans le salon et la chambre, très appréciée lors d'une grosse vague de chaleur. Joli balcon au milieu de la façade donnant sur le lac avec des vues dégagées grâce à une élagage stratégique des platanes du jardin : on voit que tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails pour le confort et l'agrément des visiteurs. C'est un lieu absolument exceptionnel. MERCI pour tout, j'espère revenir !

Die Lage und Aussicht war hervorragend. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war angenehm und der Check in unkompliziert.
