It was all fab

Beautiful countryside and large gardens. Alan and His wife were very friendly and helpful. They anticipated all our needs and made sure that all comforts were provided. The antique furniture matched the decor. We had a very quiet and peaceful stay. Breakfast was included which made the cost of our stay very affordable. Restaurants and shops are a 15 minute drive away but that is part of being in the hideaway.
I can’t think of any improvements.

Setting - gardens, breakfast - fresh fruit, friendly hosts, cost was within our range, the little touches like homemade cake on a plate for supper, chocolates, home made bread.
No honey for my toast.

Hilltop Hideaway was a true Bed and Breakfast, with fabulous hosts, personalised thoughtful service, and not only a lovely breakfast but baked treats in the afternoon.
There is nothing not to like about Hilltop Hideaway.
