good value room in central location handy to major road access
nice a clean
the little private setting room out front of the actual bedroom was a nice bonus
would be good to have some access to an outside sitting spot to enjoy views over the back garden

The property had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive & did everything to ensure our stay with our dog was perfect

Chris showed me into the suite and explained how things work, he was friendly and accommodating. He also pointed me in the direction of a local cafe for breakfast. The shower was lovely after a day of driving and the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t use the kitchen facilities as I had to leave early for an appointment but tea, and pod coffee were provided with a kettle, pod machine, microwave and bar fridge.
I was a little concerned that my two Jack Russell’s might get out under the fences in various spots and onto the road so I kept calling them back to me. But I acknowledge this wouldn’t be a concern for a larger dog.

Beautiful scenery and very peaceful and quiet. Chris was very friendly and professional. There was a coffee machine and fridge in the room with aircon and a separate area with a couch and tv (I didn’t use as I was busy).
There were no curtains in the toilet or bathroom. The property was rural but I’m more comfortable if I can close curtains for privacy, especially in ‘vulnerable’ rooms. The milk and water in the fridge had frozen but I didn’t need them anyway and I forgot to mention it before I left (the fridge probably just needed the temperature adjusted). It would have been nice if there was a designated hook to put the towel on in the bathroom?
