The host was very understanding of a small miscommunication we had and offered help in many areas and facilities the rooms were a kind of old school with plenty of ways to cook up a treat and central enough to have plenty of options on uber eats
We had a small issue with us bringing out pets but she was very professional in the way she handled it despite losing my cool a bit everything at this hotel is great the only thing I would suggest everyone to do is make sure you read everything including extra costs that you may be expected pay I'm sure she has made this a non issue anymore making it easier to see before you book the room
