Such a relaxing break in a beautiful location

Stunning view, such a peaceful location, easy walk into charming Oberammergau but also scenic hikes from the doorstep. Great location for visiting nearby Hohenschwangau & Neuschwanstein Castles & many other attractions. Very comfortable and well equipped accommodation, loved sitting out & relaxing on the terrace enjoying the view!

Great apartment in a good location. Stunning view.

Really nice apartment with a stunning view from the decking. Very clean and had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen and a nice new bathroom. Great shower. Lovely area, lots to do. Not to far from Garmisch which has plenty of good mountains. Also lots to do in Obergammerau.

Bedroom being on a lower level is a bit frustrating, but we knew it before we booked. Bed could be more comfortable and it’s possibly time to invest in some newer more comfortable bedding. Guest card is limited, most discounted places we tried to use it didn’t take it anymore. Also the parking pass talked about is missing. But these are very minor things. It is a lovely apartment in a stunning setting.

Lovely, calm environment. Great view. Perfect stay for hiking tours.

It is a very calm environment on the edge of the village. The view from the terrace is to the local mountain Kofel. I loved to have a base for doing hiking tours in the wonderful surroundings of Oberammergau.

Nice and comfortable apartment in Oberammergau

Very comfortable and nice apartment 10 minutes walk from the center of the village. I would definitely repeat!

There was a little misunderstanding about the check-in time. Although it was my fault, I would have appreciated a little bit more of flexibility instead of being sent to a hotel at 21:30h.

Very poor

The Host did not inform that the time window to pick up the keys was just from 16.00 to 18.00. I requested a later check in but my request was denied. I had to ask a friend to pick up the keys for me, due to the fact I was driving and unable to arrive before 18.00. Such a tight check in requirement shall be clearly indicated at the time of reservation, in order to avoid further inconvenients for the customers.

Evitare. Meglio cambiare città piuttosto.

Il bagno ma è senza finestra.

Ad esclusione del bagno (pernlo più senza finestra) tutto il resto. La casa affacia sulla montagna ma di fronte avete una stalla di vacche e maiali, con conseguente problema di mosche in casa se lasciate la finestra aperta per aereggiare gli ambienti. Purtroppo,.non potete farne a meno, perchè l'appartamento puzza di muffa avendo la camera da letto nel piano interratto (sorpresa veramente spiacevole non essendo descritta nell'annuncio) al livello delle cantine e garage. Si, la camera è "sotto terra"! Raggiungibile attraverso una stretta scala a chiocciola! Mentre il bagno è al piano superiore, quello a livello terra. Ogni volta è un sali e scendi, e potete immaginare se qualcuno avesse bisogno durante la notte! La camera da letto ha una finta finestra che affaccia su un muro che ha nella sua parte superiore una griglia per far entrare aria. Aria fresca che non basta mai visti gli evidenti segnali (mobile staccato dal muro, deumidificatori) e odori di muffa. Lo staff è assente. Non si è visto nessuno, se non per messaggio (del resto molto lenti a risoondere, superiore alle 16 ore). Inoltre, ho alloggiato per due settimane e mi sarei aspettato un cambio lenzuola (anche a mia cura) ma nulla. Alla mia richiesta mi è stato risposto che non era un albergo e che avevo pagato per un cambio! QUESTA È OSPITALITÀ? Avrebbe potuto offrirmi un cambio a pagamento e mia cura, ma no, mi si risponde come se avessi pretese. VOI DORMITE DUE SETTIMANE CON LE STESSE LENZUOLA? E AGGIUNGO....HO FATTO PRESENTE DI ESSERE UN SOGGETTO ALLERGICO AGLI ACARI. Ma nulla! Ma come detto, nulla. Assolutamente non adatta a bambini, famiglie, anziani opersone con limitata mobilità o difficoltà. Lo sconsiglio anche ai restanti per la puzza di muffa, visto che non è neanche economico.

Excellent séjour

Le gîte est vraiment très agréable, hyper propre, et la terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. La salle d'eau est tout neuve et la douche très agréable. Le logement est bien situé, à 10 ruemin à pied du centre ou de la gare, dans une rue très calme . Les'Gast cards' nous ont permis de rayonner dans les environs en bus et nous avons pu aller partout où nous voulions aller avec elles. Un vrai luxe de ne pas avoir à prendre la voiture. Nous recommandons cet hébergement et y reviendrons très volontiers.

Les draps, surtout le drap de dessous, pourraient être plus agréables mais cela reste un détail mineur. Bien prendre en compte que la chambre est au sous sol et accessible par un escalier en colimaçon. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais pourrait être gênant si on ne lit pas correctement la description du logement.

Super Lage , sehr sauber, Preis-Leistung: sehr gut!

Super Blick auf die Berge, alles sehr sauber, netter Kontakt und Empfang durch die Wohnungsverwaltung. Parkplatz und Tiefgarage mit Platz für die Fahrräder! Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, bis auf einen Backofen alles da, was 2 Personen brauchen.

Es könnte wohnlicher, gemütlicher eingerichtet sein. Z.B. ein Bild an die Wand . Auf der Terrasse wären Liegestühle oder ähnliches wünschenswert.

Fantastisch huisje met prachtig zich en perfecte ligging!

Het zicht was fantastisch, een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Heerlijke badkamer en douche. De ligging is top om alle bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken.

Een beetje gehorig, maar de buren hielden rekening nadat we het vroegen.

Fijne plek om de omgeving te verkennen.

Rustige plek, fijn appartementje. De gästekarte waarmee je van het openbaar vervoer gebruik kunt maken is fijn. Je kunt lopend naar het dorp en naar het station. Van alle gemakken voorzien.
