Ho trovato quello che da anni stavo cercando un posto dove stare in tranquillità e gustare comodamente da casa lo scorcio di mare ligure tra i più belli e caratteristici. Ho riscoperto immerso nella tranquillità e nel bel paesaggio i valori della famiglia. Ho avuto modo di riposarmi bene e sicuramente ci ritorneremo. L’appartamento è dotato di tutte le comodità di una casa moderna al punto che non ho nemmeno cercato di uscire al ristorante. Comodità, praticità e pulizia sono una caratteristica dell’appartamento.

In juni 2021 hebben mijn vrouw en ik een kleine week doorgebracht in de woning van Ruggero. Wij hebben zelden een zo compleet uitgerust vakantiehuis aangetroffen, om over de locatie en het uitzicht maar te zwijgen. Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad, te kort helaas. Wij komen zeker terug en dan voor minimaal 10 dagen.

Wir haben dieses Mietobjekt im Oktober 2018 besucht. Dieses Mietobjekt glänzt mit einem traumhaften Ausblick von der großen Terrasse auf das Ligurische Meer, ist komplett ausgestattet; von Geschirrspüler, über Waschmaschine, Fernseher und sogar eine Gitarre ist vorhanden gewesen. Der Vermieter ist sehr seriös und sympathisch. Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Bis zur französischen Grenze sind es gerade mal 200 m, bis nach Monaco 15 km, bis Nizza und bis nach San Remo jeweils 30 km. Daher ist diese Wohnung idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge. Wir können dieses Mietobjekt nur weiter empfehlen und werden es im Jahr 2019 auch wieder besuchen.

Eigentlich fast alles perfekt.Hoch über der Felsenküste, die man über viele Treppen und kleine Wege vorbei an blühenden Sträuchern und Olivenbäumen in ein paar Minuten erreichen kann (Man muss allerdings auch wieder hochgehen, dauert bisschen länger). Die Strände von Menton ganz nah, die Grenzpolizisten sind total nett (solange man keine Migranten schmuggelt). Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, alles da, was man braucht, die Terrasse ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos und wirklich sehr groß. Parkplatz vorm Haus, falls man kein allzu großes Auto hat. Auto braucht man nicht unbedingt. Es gibt einen Bus nach Menton oder man kann zu Fuß gehen. Was man wissen sollte (vielleicht steht das auch in der Beschreibung), ist, dass die zwei Schlafzimmer keine Türen haben, nur Lamellenvorhänge. Sonst ist alles sehr angenehm. Und Menton ist sowieso wunderbar. Also ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Grimaldi. Gîte très bien équipé,et confortable nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse avec vue sur mer. Accès vers Nice, Monnaco, Ventimilia ..... très facile en train. Ruggero (le propriétaire) est aussi très attentionné, encore merci à lui Joëlle et Thierry (Belgique)

Abbiamo soggiornato in due adulti dal 12 al 21 aprile in questa casa e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La casa è accogliente, più che accessoriata, non manca veramente niente. E' sempre presente una persona gentilissima per ogni necessità. Il terrazzo è bellissimo, con una meravigliosa vista sul mare. La posizione è ottima per visitare la Costa Azzurra o la Liguria.

Nous sommes arrivés dans un lieu paradisiaque calme et chaleureux. La maison est bien située, avec grande terrasse, malheureusement sans store ni parasol mais avec salon de jardin très confortable. Par contre il n'y a pas de chambre mais 2 alcôves séparées par un simple rideau à languettes. Ni fenêtre ni porte, donc aucune intimité. La hotte aspirante de la cuisine ne fonctionne pas, c'est un peu poussiéreux. Mais tout cela n'est pas grave. Par contre nous avons eu droit à une fuite de gaz qui aurait pu nous coûter la vie. Le tuyau d'arrivée de gaz n'était pas correctement vissé. C'est une négligence grave qui aurait pu avoir des conséquences terribles si ça s'était passé de nuit ou lors de notre absence. Dès notre départ, le propriétaire, charmant du reste, me demande une appréciation positive. J'aurais préféré une offre quelconque pour nous dédommager des ennuis qui ont suivi.
