Helpful host Matteo.
Good condition of a house, apartment, and surroundings. Wonderful beach within a short walking distance. Tasteful place, secure and not noisy.
Nice facilities like beach lounger or umbrella.
Almost no kitchen work surface. There are only two small rubbish bins inside while there's a waste segregation requirement. It's not too handy when u are with a small kiddo.
It was quite clean, but the main floor in the kitchen/living room was dirty.
High chair was actually an overlay on the regular chair with a broken seat belt. One couldn't leave the child in it without sitting next to him.
Hint for the host: lack of dishwasher is really annoying, especially due to the really tiny kitchen drainer.
