Francesco était à l’heure, souriant et très agréable. Il est resté disponible à nos demandes pendant tout le séjour. Le logement est à proximité du centre. Animations, plage, ambiance familiale. Petite pépite.

Straordinario! L’appartamento è super confortevole e la posizione è perfetta. Inoltre, è dotato di aria condizionata, cosa che si apprezza davvero tanto per rinfrescarsi un po’ durante il mese di agosto. La spiaggia è senza dubbio una delle più belle della zona. E uno dei grandi punti di forza dell’appartamento è sicuramente il parcheggio, perché in estate è praticamente impossibile trovare posto per l’auto. Il proprietario è stato sempre presente e attento alle nostre esigenze, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ci ha anche procurato alcuni giocattoli che erano stati lasciati da altri ospiti per nostra figlia: un gesto davvero carino che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo! Sicuramente torneremo. È stata un’esperienza fantastica!

Very pleasant accommodation, and Fabio was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The property consists of several (5–6) apartments, and we stayed in the ground-floor apartment called **Casa Anna**. It is a spacious duplex apartment that could comfortably accommodate up to six people. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen downstairs. The apartment has one bathroom with a toilet on the upper floor. It had everything we needed for a comfortable family holiday: a washing machine, Smart TV, coffee machine, refrigerator, stove, air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms, and a drying rack for clothes. The furniture is a bit older but well maintained, practical, and charming. The apartment also came with plenty of complimentary towels and all the basic essentials, such as toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent—just about 120 steps from a beautiful beach, as well as cafés and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

The only downsides were the lack of a dishwasher, the relatively small kitchen, and the fact that air conditioning was available only in the upstairs bedrooms. During the day, the downstairs area could get quite hot and stuffy. The shower cabin is also rather small—if you're built like Shaquille O'Neal, are a bodybuilder, or simply wear an XXL size, you may find it a bit cramped.

Fabio was fantastic and very responsive. The property was in a great location, steps from the beach, great restaurants and a supermarket.

We had one twin room and feel the beds were really for children as they were uncomfortable. Fabio did try to make them more comfortable by adding toppers however we’d only recommend the twin room for little people. The coffee making facilities in the 2 bedroom apartment was really small. Water refills & washing up had to be done in the bathroom
