A charming quiet and peaceful stay to base your tour around Provence.
We loved our stay at Le Mas De La Verdiere. Each day we relaxed more and more. Looking out at the garden and the fields was spectacular. The cottage/gite has everything you need. We loved using the bbq and sitting outside. The hosts are lovely and very helpful.

The location was fantastic. Lovely country views from the windows. Tranquil,peaceful place .Easy to get everywhere by car to Avignon and the lovely areas of Western Provence .Plenty of parking for cars . Great WiFi connection.Dishwasher,small oven and microwave and plenty of kitchen utensils. Wonderful,friendly hosts .
Could do with more portable fans . Mosquito netting on master bedroom window. Another sofa or couple of comfy chairs in the sitting room .

Charmantes Ferienhaus an den Toren von Avignon
Das Ferienhaus liegt 5 km von Avignon mit Sicht auf Wiesen und ganz nah an der Bushaltestelle nach Avignon. Die überaus herzlichen Gastgeber, Yvette und Michel, wohnen im Haupthaus nebenan und beschrieben uns die beste Fahrradroute nach Avignon. Herrlich die Sicht vom Küchentisch durch die Metallrahmenfensterfront zur Terrasse und den Wiesen. Das Auto parkt man hinter dem verschließbaren Tor direkt an der Terasse, für die e-bikes hätten wir sogar ebenerdig innen viel Platz gehabt, wir haben sie auf der Terrasse über Nacht stehen gelassen, das gesamte Grundstück ist umzäunt. Im Wohnzimmer stand ein frischer Wiesenblumenstrauß auf dem Tisch, im Kühlschrank je eine Flasche Apfelsaft und Mineralwasser. Küche und Bad sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das große Wohnzimmer, sogar mit Kamin, ist sehr gemütlich. Im 1. OG findet man reichlich Platz für die Kleidung und die leeren Koffern. Sehr gute Matratzen, in der dörflichen Ruhe schläft man ausgezeichnet. Die alten gußeisernen Beschläge der Fenster, die hohe Räume, die Steinböden, die Wendeltreppe, der Grundschnitt des Hauses verleihen ihm den Charme der guten alten Zeit. Die Außenanlagen und die Wiesen machten daraus für uns einen Paradies.

Au calme dans un bel endroit sympatique, très bien situé par rapport au centre-ville d'Avignon
accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui sont restés disponibles pendant le séjour. La literie et la salle de bain sont confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piste cyclable juste à proximité qui nous a permis d'aller au Festival en vélo en toute sécurité. Temps de trajet 20 minutes. La terrasse est très agréable pour déjeuner dehors et profiter de l'extérieur. L'environnement est très calme et les arbres sont magnifiques. C'est un bel endroit pour profiter de la nature. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires souriants et sympathiques !
