Independent house, contemporary, refined and very comfortable. It is located in a setting of soothing greenery, very pleasant and surprising!
A large swimming pool and a furnished terrace with various garden furniture, different corners allow you to enjoy the sun or the shade according to your desires for a nap, an aperitif or a lunch ...
The house is fully air conditioned, large bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Television with foreign channels.
Ideally located, just outside the city the location of the house gives you the opportunity to do everything on foot. Shops, markets, bakery, many restaurants, monuments, flea markets, tennis, walking ... all in a few minutes.
Near Avignon 5/10 minutes by car or bus, ideal festival!
The bus stop is 2 minutes from our house and drops you in the center of Avignon every 10 minutes. It's easy
The house of Casarie is also located between Pont du Gard, Uzès, Orange Nimes and Arles for the visit of the Roman monuments. between Lubéron, Alpilles
For visiting beautiful villages and beautiful walks. Without forgetting the visit of the cellars and wineries of Chateauneuf of the pope, Gigondas, Cotes du Rhône ....

Very comfortable and well equipped house with beautiful outdoor spaces and large pool. Only 10 minutes walk to the lovely town of Villeneuve Les Avignons. And short drive to many other places. Air conditioning more than enough to counter a hot spell. Host very helpful.

The Villa was wonderful. Our group of four stayed for 10 nights in June 2026 and enjoyed the Villa immensely. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. The kitchen had everything you need if you choose to eat in rather than enjoy one of many restaurants in Villeneuve Les Avignon or Avignon. The temperatures reached 40 C during our stay so the pool was much appreciated to cool down after a day of sightseeing. The gardens and pool are very private and we spent lots of time in the mornings and evenings. The owner, Florence, was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We all rated the Villa a ten out of ten. Highly recommended!

We couldn’t have found a more perfect home for two couples wanting to spend 10 days in Provence “living like locals”! Florence the owner was fabulous in communicating with me from beginning to end. It was so easy to take trips to the small hill towns, markets and the beautiful wine country throughout Provence. Weather turned very hot during the week and the lovely pool was perfect to relax and swim in, surrounded by the beautiful gardens. I could give this property 15 stars. Would love to come back!
