Located 3 kms from the center of Avignon, 10 minutes are enough to get there (car or BUS nearby), a few minutes walk from the historic center, its shops and many restaurants. Maximum occupancy 6 people. In a quiet area (cul-de-sac) and on one level, it is composed of a fully equipped semi-open kitchen (induction hob, American refrigerator, dishwasher, oven...) which opens onto a living room dining room (Kitchen and living room 40M2).
A corridor leads to 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom (160x200 bed) of 20M2, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a 90X190 bed. A refurbished bathroom including a walk-in shower, two sinks, a towel dryer, a washing machine and a dryer. 2 toilets. On a plot of 500M2, the garden includes an in-ground heated swimming pool, an outdoor shower, deckchairs, atypical garden furniture, lighting throughout the garden and a plancha.

We stayed here for over 1 week while we travelled to so many places around the south of France. We went to Villeneuve, Avignon, the market in St. Remy de Provence, Monte Carlo, a soccer game in Marseille, Calmargues, and Nîmes,. The weather was lovely in October and the pool was a treat! The host was kind and helpful. We had no problems! We were about to walk into the walled city of Villeneuve. Loved every moment. Highly recommend!
