Charming fully restored Provencal house in a very quiet place.
Located 5 minutes from the city center of Avignon, 20 minutes from the Alpilles and Saint Rémy de Provence, 20 minutes from Pont du Gard, 30 minutes from the Luberon, in the heart of Provence and 5 minutes from the entrance highway Avignon and north of the commercial zone Auchan north

You will have 3 beautiful rooms with storage in each, fitted bathroom with bath and shower with Hydro jets -massant (separate toilet) and a fully equipped kitchen.
The house has a large living room with a 1/4 tail piano for enthusiasts. A bright and comfortable dining room.
House with alarm, wifi, floor heating, electric gate, 2 private parking spaces.

Outside:

A 900 m² garden with swimming pool 7m x 5m, a shower and a stone bar with built-in barbecue.
A terrace with seating for dining where you and your guests can enjoy the Provencal sun.

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits à cet endroit. Voici quelques commentaires: Positif: - Très grande maison de style provençale - Cour extérieure est très vaste, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Plusieurs endroits pour s’asseoir, manger ou se reposer en plus de la piscine (un peu froide) pour agrémenter le tout - Plusieurs équipements disponibles (vélos, table de ping-pong, corde à linge, auvent, BBQ, etc) - situé à 5 min en auto du parking des Italiens (gratuit) qui permet de se rendre à pieds(10 min) dans la ville d’Avignon ou en Shuttle gratuit - stationnement d’auto sécurisé par une barrière (portail) - a proximité (10 min en auto) d’ un Supermarché majeur Auchan situé dans un centre commercial et ou l’on retrouve la pâtisserie PAUL qui est un incontournable - Présence d’Elisabeth lors de notre arrivée qui nous a explique sa demeure et répondu a tous nos questions sur les restaurants, activités, commerces, etc -Remboursement rapide du dépôt de garanti Points négatifs: - la localisation n’est pas super, on se demande si on est vraiment au bon endroit car la résidence se situe dans une petite rue sans issue entourée de murets, près de la route qui longe le Rhône. Mais on oublie cet aspect lorsque nous sommes a l’intérieur des murs de notre endroit - L’ensemble de la maison est un peu moins neuf que les photos sur le site - Nous n’avions pas accès aux portes françaises pour accéder a la terrasse pendant notre séjour - Nous avions seulement 2 serviettes de douche. Il aurait été agréable d’avoir accès a des serviettes de piscine et d’une serviette a main - il y a un lave linge mais pas de sèche linge, nous avions accès par contre a des cordes a linge - Nous avons eu quelques irritants dont Elizabeth a fait l’effort pour les régler. Avignon est situe au cœur de la Provence et nous permet de visiter plusieurs endroit a environ 1 hre de route (AIx, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Nîme, Marseille, pont de Gard, etc)

The property itself was fine, the house was lovely with plenty of space and all necessities. However, upon checking in I was asked to pay an additional 50 euro for a cleaning fee that was missed on the original vrbo quote. I did not feel this request was fair but felt I had to pay since we were standing there trying to check in with our bags and children. This interaction left me not wanting to recommend the property. Also, the pool was non operational given the time of year, which was not outlined in the ad.

This home is just a couple off minutes outside the ancient city part of Avignon -- great location. The house itself is even nicer than the pictures. Just lovely. The backyard is also even nicer than the pictures. The hosts were exceptional -- very responsive to our last minute request and super kind and friendly.

Parfait.

Elizabeth est vraiment aux petits soins pour ses Hôtes. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goûts et le jardin est superbe. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour... Je n'avais pas bien regardé la liste et quand nous sommes arrivés c'était une cafetière Nespresso. Elizabeth nous a laissé des capsules pour nous dépanner. Encore Merci. On reviendra avec plaisir. Un seul point négatif concernant cette location est incontestablement le bruit. Elle se situe à la croisée de plusieurs routes très passantes ainsi qu’une voie de chemin de fer. Cela mériterait d’etre signalé dans l’annonce. Mis à part cela tout le reste est parfait. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Nous avons passé 10 jours de vacances agréables en août 2016 dans cette belle maison. La maison est spacieuse et bien décorée et les 3 chambres de bonnes tailles ainsi que la salle de bain. Nous avons surtout bien profité de la piscine, du barbecue et du joli jardin. Les salons de jardins et mobilier extérieure sont de bonne qualité et en quantité suffisante. Nous avons pris tous nos repas sous la tonnelle. Le soir, nous disposions d'un joli éclairage du coin repas et des abords de la piscine. La maison est toute proche du centre historique d'Avignon ou je me rendais avec le vélo mis à ma disposition par la propriétaire pour faire quelques courses. La maison est propre et bien entretenue et la propriétaire très serviable. Elle nous a invité à venir boire l'apéro dans son bar. Merci encore Elisabeth. Je recommande cette maison.

Nous étions 2 couples avec 1 enfant et nous avons passé des vacances formidables dans cette très belle maison. La maison est très agréable et spacieuse. La décoration est très soignée. La piscine et le barbecue extérieur sont aussi magnifiques. Nous avons également apprécier la proximité immédiate du centre ville d’Avignon et de ses bâtiments historiques (à 5 minutes en voiture). Nous recommandons très volontiers cette belle location. Vincent et Kamila
