About this apartment rental
We rent a completely renovated apartment (75sqm) with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen, bathroom with spacious shower, separate toilet, living room and bedroom with air conditioning and large glazed balcony as a dining room with sea view for families up to 4 people.
We have completely updated our apartment in 2017. The equipment includes modern and all electronic appliances in the kitchen with washing machine, microwave, espresso machine, dishwasher, which make life easier. Bathroom with nice shower and toilet. Another small toilet is also available. The apartment has satellite TV and Wi-Fi (fee required).
The condominium also has a large swimming pool with children's pool and outdoor showers, a large tree-lined park, a children's playground, and a sunbathing area where you can soak up the sun but also enjoy the shade. Access to the beach is via a private elevator directly on the complex. The beach is about 10 meters away. The complex also includes a tennis court, private parking, which is not open to the public.
The apartment is located on the beautiful Poniente beach, which has been embellished in recent years by a beautiful several miles long promenade. The beach in this area is fine sand and goes very shallow into the sea. Great for the whole family. A bit like a North Sea beach only with a much better weather and temperatures. The old town with its many tapas bars, restaurants and shops is only a few minutes walk away.
Day:
As a rule, the change takes place in the morning, so that the apartment can be completely cleaned. The transfer of the apartment is accordingly afternoon or evening.
Arrival to Benidorm:
The nearby airport of Alicante is located about 30km from Benidorm. A taxi costs about 50 EUR. Cars can be rented at the airport or transfer can be made by shuttle service to the hotel opposite.

4 gas burners, ironing board, extractor hood, fitted kitchen, freezer (40 ltr.), Coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, hoover, toaster, washing machine, kettle, dishwasher
Bath and sanitary:
Shower room, towels available, toilet, hair dryer, washing machine, clothes horse
Entertainment and communication:
TV, flat screen TV, satellite, internet access (WLAN)
Equipment outside:
Outdoor shower, parking space, playground, swimming pool, tennis court
Additional services:
W-LAN: 23 € p. Month plus
Final cleaning 50 € excl.
Deposit to be paid in advance: 150 € (will be refunded after rental)
Deposit: 20% (will not be refunded / charged to the rental price)
Final payment 2 weeks before departure
Excessive power consumption z. B. for the air conditioning will be deducted on proof of the deposit

Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé avec une belle vue ,
Nuisances sonores nocturnes dans le parc de la piscine par des enfants ,
Très belle piscine accompagnée d’un très beau parc ,
L’accès à la plage est ingénieux et asservit de nombreuses boutiques et restaurants

"Super-Tolle Ferienwohnung" !
Wir waren vom 25. Juli -12. August 2019 in dieser fantastischen Ferienwohnung . Sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden: Geschirr, Einkaufswagen, Sonnenschirm, Bettwäsche, Matratzen, Betten, Rost, alles vom "Feinsten"!
Man kann gar nicht alles aufzählen, was diese außsergewöhnliche Wohnung zu bieten hat.
Es war das Beste, was wir je hatten und ich glaube auch, daß diese Ferienwohnung nicht mehr zu "Toppen" ist !
Auch die Außenanlage mit Pool, alles super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Wird jeden Tag gereinigt und geputzt, einfach "Toll" !
Da kann man sich nur "Wohlfühlen" und auch Sabrina ist eine nette freundliche Gastgeberin.
Wie gesagt von mir zu 100% 5***** Sterne !!!

Nos ha gustado mucho. El apartamento esta ubicado en una zona perfecta, mas tranquila que levante pero cerca del casco antiguo. La playa y la piscina fantasticas. Todo reformado, muy limpio, con wifi y una terraza fabulosa. Repetiremos.
