House / Villa - Lège Cap-Ferret

Excellent property, cordial welcome.

Wonderful place to stay. The peninsula is beautiful, the beaches incredible. The villages are all lovely with loads of places to eat and get an ice cream.The house is in a quiet area amongst the pine forest, with easy access to the Truc Vert Road that’s a great short cut to the ocean beaches and the end of the peninsula and Cap Ferret village avoiding the traffic that builds up on the road that goes through the villages.The house has a wonderful veranda to sit outside and eat or have an evening drink listening to the forest, 4 good sized bedrooms and a ping pong table outside (which our kids loved).Marc and Brigitte are fantastic hosts with lots of tips and tricks to get the best from your stay.Highly recommend.

Thank you Marc and Brigette. You gave us such a warm welcome with so much information that we felt really settled from day 1. What a beautiful house you have - our holiday was peaceful and relaxing. We loved the wraparound porch for chilling out in the evening and early morning breakfasts (we even loved the ping pong table). So much space and light in the house with great facilities. Lovely, open, spacious and clean. Wonderful to sit outside for our meals on the large covered porch. Could walk down to the beaches on the basin side and could drive (or bike ride) to the fabulous Atlantic beaches.A great location to use as a base to explore the area with the very tip of Cap Ferret only 20 mins drive. I highly reccommmend that you go there to take in the spectacular sunset one evening.The owners, Marc and Brigitte, were both very nice and I would definitely return.
