About this villa rental
The strength of the accommodation is certainly the beautiful swimming pool and the large outdoor space available and the care of the interior design.
For your dinners you can use the outdoor stone barbecue and the relaxing wooden gazebo.
Villetta has 2 bathrooms with an inside shower as well as 2 outdoor showers in wood.
Up to 12 beds available. CLIMATE AIR INCLUDED.
Prices are indicative.
It also has a large internal space for car parking (up to 6/7 cars)
Automatic gate, burglar alarm and security safe included.
The structure of the rooms is composed of:
- 1 DOUBLE ROOM with 1 double bed XXL + 2 single beds if needed, with air conditioning.
- 1 DOUBLE ROOM with 2 single beds or, if necessary, can become double bed, air-conditioned.
- 1 LIVING ROOM (very large - 12 meters long) with 2 double sofa beds + 2 single beds if needed, air-conditioned.
Kitchen and fireplace available.
Required costs: € 70 in total for cleaning costs.
Spacious optional: 10 € per person for bedsheets provided by the host.
