Situated within only 8 km from the sandy beaches of Marina di Ugento, surrounded by centennial olive trees and Mediterranean scrubs, Villa Rosalorè appears in its full splendor, a masterpiece of country elegance distinguished by excellent taste. With a main house and a dependances, Villa Rosalorè has a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people.
Villa Rosalorè is notable for its external areas conceived to enhance the olive tree grove, offering an excellent solution for a relaxing holiday far away from the everyday hustle. Behind an imposing country-style facade of the structure, you’ll find a swimming pool, furnished with carefully selected or recovered items. The mix of materials is a result of the perfect and commendable matching. The combinations and details are inspired by the philosophy of simplicity of style and minimalism.
The external patio is equipped with an appropriate shed with a comfortable table, which is perfect for convivial outdoor lunches o dinners in combination with a breathtaking view of the pool and of the olive tree grove. You can also enjoy your outdoor cooking: there is a comfortable cooking space equipped with a cooker, a sink, and a brick barbecue. Every corner of the structure is reserved to provide you an enjoyable holiday: a reed shed patio is simply perfect to rest, while the solarium, provided with every essential element, invites you to have a total relaxation.
The internal style of the house is characterized by tenuous colors of the ancient touch. The interior decorations are represented by typical elements of the Salentine culture, revalued in its essence, the architecture founded on traditional methods of construction, even though using the technology of the new generation. The facade entrance leads to an open space hall (dining/living space with a tv/sitting area) with a visible well equipped kitchen and a handy washroom/laundry. Two passages lead to the bedrooms: to the right there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom/shower, and a bedroom with a three-quarter bed also with an en- suite bathroom/shower in; while to the left there are two other double bedrooms that divide the unique bathroom/shower (one of that rooms has its own private shower in it).
The staircase on the right part of the loggia, leads to the annex, that has its own little kitchen area, and two double bedrooms that share a common bathroom/shower, and a private typical external courtyard, where you can enjoy your lunch.

Villa Rosalore is the perfect choice for a group of friends going on holiday together. I celebrated my birthday there with 9 friends - the villa offered the perfect setting for us to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We loved how modern the villa was. Would definitely stay here again!

This villa gave our three families a nice opportunity to explore the region while also enjoying some r and r. The pool was definitely the highlight for the kids and allowed everyone to stay cool during the hot days. The host is very nice and able to coordinate additional activities such as boat excursions and in-home catering of local cuisine. Must be comfortable driving as the beach areas are about 15-20 minutes away by car.

Me & my family fell in love with this villa instantly what a gorgeous place and beautiful decorated ,we were 8 people and had plenty of space ,there was a 2 bedroom + kitchenette downstairs and 5 bedroom in the groundfloor most of them had en-suite bathrooms.the beds were super comfy and was super clean and neat .
The kitchen had all the facilities we needed and and also there was, olive oil ,dish & washing machine liquid ,dishwasher tablets , and the swimmimg pool was cold but we still jumped in .
The big olive tree garden is just unbelievably beautiful my son visited the chicken house by the entrance almost everyday . Also the house was very well heated because the weather was still cool in the evenings in April .
A big thank you to the super hosts we will be back and will definitely recommend this 5 star villa !!! ,

The house as very clean, fully equiped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The outside si super nice, very nice decorated and big garden. We have really enjoyed our stay!
