I loved every minute of my stay at this small bnb. Matthieu, the owner, was so kind, attentive and helpful. He communicated with me from minute one and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I also loved his little assistants Brigitte and Shalom. The hotel is really close to the town center (just one street away) but is nestled in a quiet street with barely any traffic. The house is like a museum, every nook and cranny is filled with something beautiful but it is so comfortable, so lived in and cozy that you sometimes just wanted to stay in your room and relax instead of going out! They also have common areas that you can use. The bathroom is not the most private (has a glass wall covered with a curtain) which wasn’t an issue for me because I was travelling alone but may be a problem if you are with someone else and are shy. The bed was really comfortable, the AC was cool, and it was oh so quiet at night. It was really peaceful and all the other guests were so nice and respectful. The best part is getting to have breakfast in the inner patio surrounded by beautiful plants and friendly critters. Matthieu goes above and beyond and serves breads (even sourced gluten free bread for me), homemade jams, fruit, fresh orange juice, cheese and other local delicacies. I was actually in heaven and felt a bit sad to leave!

Beautifully decorated and centrally located

Stairs were dangerous as they had no handrail. Difficult to locate properly as it is on a very narrow street with only a small sign. Parking is difficult to access and to exit. Policies such as cash only payment for parking, payment for assistance with laundry, and having breakfast outside normal hours, despite being invited to do so, would result in diminished provisions and poor service were not provided up front causing stress and inconvenience.
