About this house rental
The terraced house is located within a newly built residence with swimming pool.
On the ground floor are:
Kitchen / living room with double sofa bed, large bathroom with 2 showers, a storage / laundry room, plus porch and pergola.
On the first floor are:
Double bedroom with balcony, double bedroom and WC.
The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people.
Inside the residence there is free parking, swimming pool for adults and children, and the bar.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils.
The towels and bed linen is supplied on request at a cost of € 12 per person for the entire stay.
The house is ideal for those seeking relaxation in contact with nature and want to discover the thousand pearls that this corner of Sicily has to offer, incredible views and breathtaking sunsets.
The Gulf of Macari extends from the eastern side of Mount Cofano to Capo San Vito.
The seaside village of Macari is about 3 km from the town of San Vito lo Capo.
The beaches available in the immediate vicinity are:
Baia Santa Margherita, characterized by its limpid waters and its vegetation that give it a typically Mediterranean charm.
On the beach there is a small bar and sun beds and umbrellas can be rented.
Cala Bue Marino, elected by Legambiente the most beautiful beach in Italy 2016, characterized by a pebble beach and a breathtaking sunset.
Isola dell'Isulidda beach, dotted with caves and inlets on the water, attracting snorkelling enthusiasts.

Property was ideal for two of us. Well equipped kitchen, (although no oven), excellent air con, nice patio area.Communal pool area is impressive, with plenty of space and sunbeds.Owner and on site staff very responsive and helpful.A car is essential. Beaches within walking distance.

Nice and clean, 2 floor apartment with decent facilities in a mid sized apartment complex. The apparertment is relatively well equipped and has air conditioning throughout, nice bedrooms and a good kitchen. The pool is also great for families and in a nice setting. However, the living area and porch area are quite small and would be a squeeze for 6 people. We also struggled with a lack of storage space and some minor maintenance issues. The biggest issue we had is that we stayed for 2 weeks and received no clean linens for the beds, which meant we felt quite dirty by the end. We were told we could pay a not insignificant additional fee to receive clean towels, which was waived in the end after we contacted the host about some of the maintenance issues. The host was very responsive when contacted.Otherwise, the location was beautiful but you 100% need a car to get around, especially as there very few amenities in Macari.

Das Objekt an sich und die Anlage sehr schön. Allerdings waren Handtuchaufhängungen und Duschkopf defekt. Außerdem Ameisengift unter der Spüle, was ich nicht so toll finde. Aber am gemeinsten war, dass morgens ab 5 Uhr Hunde versuchten die Katzen der Anlage zu töten. Tierschutz kennt man wohl nicht.
