Amazing location with beautiful views. Very close to beautiful beaches that weren't crowded. Close to San Vito Lo Capo and easy to shop. Fantastic restaurants very close by. Owner was very friendly and pleasant and only speaks Italian/Sicilian.
Owner only accepts cash. It is very very very hard to see this in the listing. He offers no discounts for cash either. Also he was very slow to responded to emails and texts. Very noise all day even Sunday as the neighbors were doing construction with loud machinery all week long.
