Casa Turchese Unmarediblu

The accommodation is quite spacious, built over three levels: a semi-basement with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room; the ground floor with a living room, kitchen, and a great terrace with an amazing sea view; and the upper floor with two bedrooms and a second bathroom. All of the rooms have air conditioning, which is definitely a great feature. We found cold water in the fridge and some coffee pods, which were appreciated. :) There are no toiletries provided (even though they are mentioned as included on Booking), and there is no cleaning service or linen change during the stay—it's more like an Airbnb than a hotel. This wasn't a problem, as it was expected; however, there is no vacuum cleaner or cleaning products available. It was a bit difficult to keep the place clean. The kitchen has the basic utensils, so you can prepare simple meals if needed.

In terms of cleanliness, there is room for improvement. There was black hair everywhere, and for the first few days I had to clean it myself until it was finally gone (in the bathroom and bedroom). The bathrooms are outdated, and there is some mold in the shower. Because it didn't look clean, I bought cleaning products and cleaned it myself, just to make sure it was as clean as it could be. The toilet seat was yellow, and honestly, it's such an inexpensive item to replace that if it can't be cleaned properly, it should simply be replaced. The towel rack was broken, and many of the doors were squeaky. All in all, it was a decent stay, but I don't think it deserves the rating it currently has on Booking. I might have given it a higher score if I had known what to expect, but the property looked much better in the pictures.
