Welcome to Los Establos, located above the town of Jávea on the Costa Blanca. With superb views of the town and out to sea, we offer peace and tranquility whilst being only a short drive from the beautiful town of Jávea with its quaint old town and port, famous beaches, coastal walks, cycle trails and excellent restaurants.
Set in 4500 square metres of terraced gardens and bushland, our property is ideally appointed for the perfect stay all year round. Whether you are a sun-seeker, outdoor adventurer, artist, culture vulture or food-lover, you will find that we are well placed to cater for your needs. We are also a gay friendly establishment.
Our accommodation is stylish and comfortable. We offer a range of facilities including fast wifi internet, Netflix, satellite TV, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom as well as a fully-equipped kitchen and guest laundry facilities.
There is also a lovely pool offering uninterrupted sunshine and panoramic views for the exclusive use of the apartment guests.
We accept a maximum of 4 adults but foldaway beds can be provided for up to 2 children at an additional cost of 10 euros per bed per night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Roy and Greg were so friendly but totally discreet, happy to help if needed. We loved Monty too! The apartment had everything we needed and the gardens and pool were a marvellous addition. Absolutely loved sitting out and looking at the beautiful view over Javea and the sea. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My family and I spent 2 fantastic weeks in this beautiful villa, with breathtaking views. It really is a private piece of paradise. The villa itself has everything you could think of and is tastefully decorated to a high standard. The private pool is a great size and my two teenage kids throughly enjoyed spending most of their time in it!!The villa is in a great location, just a few minutes drive from Javea with its golden beaches and long promenade full of great places to eat. We often just relaxed with a drink and watched the world go by.When the kids where finally ready to explore we found the area had lots of activities to offer - we went paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkelling and visited some of the smaller towns nearby.Would definitely recommend this villa to both families or couples, couldn't fault it, and we will certainly be returning.A massive thanks to our wonderful hosts who are both warm and welcoming. Fantastic guys!!!
