This modern duplex penthouse for 6 people - in the Golden Beach I residence, in a quiet area - consists of an entrance hall, a large living dining room with south terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with separate utility, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with terrace) and 3 bathrooms. The apartment is fully airconditioned, well equipped with a smart TV and wifi internet connection. From the terraces you have a panoramic view over the mountains and at the back also over the communal pool and the nice garden.
Large secured parking place in front of the lift that brings you straight to the entrance of the apartment.
An attractive holiday letting, well situated, to enjoy the beach, the swimming pool, the restaurants and bars without using your car.
We have an agent on the spot to give you the keys and to help you in case of need.

Just had a wonderful week at the apartment, everything was prefect, lovely people lace with everything you could possibly need.Lovely and quiet area but very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.Great communication with Robert and Mary, Cant recommend highly enough.Really looking forward to coming back soon.

Very nice property with loads of space for everyone. Just a couple of extras could make a huge difference. Could do with more towels being supplied (larger ones preferably) and although there is a smart TV, didn’t have a large range of channels so satellite would be a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We travelled with my 85 year old Mum and the apartment was perfect. Loads of room for us all and a 10 minute stroll for dinner in the evening. It was less than 10 euro for a taxi to Javea Old Town where we enjoyed dinner a couple of nightts. The apartment was brilliantly equipped with all you could need Thank you for a fabulous stay

The apartment is amazing. Exactly as described on the website. Perfect location for beach and restaurants. Short 3 minute walk to local supermarket. Beds very comfortable. Balconies off bedroom and upper hallway fantastic for sunbathing with the added bonus of sun loungers . Balcony off lounge covered and wonderful to escape the sun and have your meals. Quiet area for a relaxing break. Definitely stay again.

We luckily rented this large apartment as out of the 8 weeks we were there 5 weeks were Covid19 lockdown! Very comfortable, good beds and fittings, complete kitchen (once cleaned) excellent balconies for the Sun all day long. A quiet location (at that time of the year) even being close to the school. A short distance from the supermarket and the beach. Would hope to return at some time in the future.

Javea is perfect for people of any age and young children. Lots of bars and fabulous restaurants and thankfully for us very few nightclubs. The Arenal beach area is beautiful and clean. Our accommodation at Golden Beach was ideal with everything you need for a perfect relaxing holiday. The communial pool and gardens were tended every day and immaculate and only a 5 minute stroll to the beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket. I will certainly be back.

The property is very well situated, spacious inside and very comfortable. The owners have provided all that is needed for a pleasant stay. They are also very helpful and easy to deal with. My only slight criticism would be that the kitchen is getting a little dated and ready for an upgrade. Other than that I would highly recommend the property.

Un bonito apartamento, con un amplio salón y terraza, en una urbanización agradable y tranquila a cinco minutos de la playa andando. Esta cerca de muchos comercios. El apartamento estaba limpio cuando llegamos, no obstante algunas estancias del mismo no lo estaban del todo. Recomendaría a Robert que cambiase de personal de limpieza.

Esta situado en una zona muy tranquila. El apartamento es muy amplio y tal como aparece en el anuncio. El dormitorio de la planta baja tiene 2 camas y los de la segunda planta tienen cama de matrimonio. Estupendo que haya 3 baños. La cocina bastante completa. La distancia a la playa es muy asequible. Supermercado y restaurantes en la zona . En resumen, comodidad y relax.

Propriétaires très agréables et serviables. Appartement lumineux très bien équipé. Nous avons séjourné à 5 adultes très confortablement. L'Arenal est à 5 mn et pourtant la résidence est au calme et dispose d'une belle piscine.
