Il Giglio Guest House

Location was good.

Confusion in booking. I had booked a deluxe room with a queen and a twin with a private bathroom. We had a room with a king bed (they made it into two twins) and the bathroom was outside of our bedroom in extra space that the owner had access to (for laundry and storage). It was a bit confusing. We also did not have accurate change for the city tax so we left 8 euros more than we needed as the host was not available when we left. I would have appreciated not having an in person cash only charge.

Duży, przestronny pokój, bardzo czysty, w którym ładnie pachniało. Duże, wygodne łóżko, udogodnienia (kawa i trochę słodkości :)), miła właścicielka. Łazienka poza pokojem, ale nie jest to problematyczne. Polecam!

Had a great stay in Florence! The host, Elina, was very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent—very close to the main attractions. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Florence!

Oda soğuktu,kalorifer bazen kapanıyordu yansa da tam ısıtmıyordu. Klima vardı ve tesis sahibinden kumandasını istedik ama kışın klimanın kullanılmayacağını söyleyerek kumandayı bize vermedi,dolapta fazladan battaniye var diye de belirtti.Isıtılmayan konaklamanın ne anlamı var ki tüm oda deneyimimiz battaniye altında geçti.Birde check-in saatine dikkat edin 13.00-20.00 arasında yazılmış sonrası için 20 euro isteneceği belirtilmemiş üstelik sorulan sorularda da geç check-in sorun değil denilmiş. Biz 21.00 da gelebiliyorduk o yüzden check-in ücreti istedi.İptal et rezervasyonu dedim etmedi.Sonunda parayı almaktan vazgeçti ama şifreyle girilebilen yer için 21.00 gibi erken bir saatte check-in ücreti istemesi, Booking de hiç bir şekilde geri dönüş yapmıyor olması çok gergin zamanlar geçirmemize sebep oldu.
