Superb stay at Neukirchen am Großvenediger

Breakfast and dinner were amazing. The reindeer's didn't come a lot of times down but sometimes they did. Overall we had a superb stay here.

Abelhof is really family owned hotel. Everything was perfect and personal, thanks for a great vacation! We will come again.

the only thing I can mention is that the hotel is nearby the deer breeding station. You can view deer and children love it but it is tightly connected with a lot of flies....however, there are a lot of flies everywhere this year in Austria...

The evening set menu could be a little more like their a la carte menu which was very good.

Superb

The facility was recently renovated which was a pleasant surprise. Also, like in most of Austria, everything was extremely clean. Our two year old son really liked the outside playground.

The staff was extremely friendly, but we were shocked when a staff member greeted us by shaking hands. This is uncalled for in the current situation in the world! Please please don't do this, the sooner we all can get back to normal.

A romantic getaway in a natural setting

Well the location is only spectacular with a view across the valley with the mountains and the waterfall in the distance. We had booked half board for the night and ate outside enjoying the above mentioned view. The menu comprised of locally sourced food including Venison. The hotel has a deer farm attached. the food was tasty and although it was a busy evening in the restaurant it went well and we were satisfied. The view across the valley made it a very special treat! The next day when we were leaving we were given a card which allowed free acess to the nearby waterfall and subsidised some toll costs too. All in all good value for money here. Tip: try to book a room with front view across the valley and perhaps a balcony too.

Makellos, urig und professionell... ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Ausgezeichnete Lage innerhalb des Nationalparks "Hohe Tauern" - alle großen Sehenswürdigkeiten in 1-2 Stunden erreichbar. Makelloses, einfallsreiches Abendessen - das Personal ist jederzeit zugewandt und achtsam. Insgesamt ein durchweg professioneller Eindruck... hier kommt sogar noch die Chefin persönlich an den Tisch. Sehr stilvoll.

Excellent séjour

Hôtel idéalement placé pour toutes activités pédestres, à vélo. Parking couvert pour les motards. Très belles virées à moto dans cette région à découvrir absolument. Petit déjeuner très copieux et repas du soir 5 plats excellent. 3 propositions de plat principal dont 1 plat végétarien. Superbe point de vue. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et y reviendrons sûrement l’année prochaine.

Fijn verblijf heerlijk eten vriendelijke mensen. Die fijn met je mee denken.

Ontbijt en avond eten was helemaal fantastisch. De familie en het personeel doet er alles aan om een aangenaam verblijf te hebben.

Enige nadeel vond ik dat je iedere avond aan dezelfde tafel "moest" gaan zitten.. Vind de vrijheid van kiezen waar je wil zitten erg prettig. Dat vond ik het enige nadeel. Wij zaten vlakbij een grote best luidruchtige groep.
