W ofercie był parking na terenie obiektu. Była to nieprawda , w rzeczywistości nie było parkingu na terenie obiektu a na ulicy miejsca były pernamentnie zajęte.

Czasy świetności tego mieszkanka juz minęły, widać zużycie sprzętów, zakamieniony prysznic itp Czytając opinie spodziewałam sie czystości w lokalu ale sie zawiodłam: parapety zakurzone, poplamiona kapa na łóżku, płytki nad kuchnia całe w tluszczu, podłoga ogarnięta tylko na środku.
