Wszystko było zgodne z opisem. Dobra lokalizacja koło dworca kolejowego. Zero problemów z wynajmem. Była możliwość przedłużenia opuszczenia apartamentu.
Nie było minusów.

Dobra lokalizacja, parking za szlabanem, ładny widok z okien. Bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Wygodne łóżka. Miła i pomocna gospodyni.
Trudno znaleźć mankamenty.

Mieszkanie położone przy samym dworcu w Olsztynie - bardzo dobrze skomunikowane. Wyposażone było w podstawowe sprzęty kuchenne, telewizor i darmowe WiFi. Łóżka były wygodne, a z okien roztaczał się widok na miasto.
Mieszkanie trochę zużyte - ściany w pokoju były odrapane, jedna z rolet nie działała, nie dało się zatkać korka w wannie ani zmienić ustawienia prysznica.
