Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko pieszo ze starówki, z dworca Olsztyn Zachodni, blisko Parku Centralnego. Przystanki autobusowe w pobliżu. Bliskość dużej ulicy w sierpniu nie przeszkadzała - ruch był mały. Fajny teleskop na trójnogu - przydatny w mieście Kopernika :)
Trudno znaleźć poważne wady obiektu. Można by się czepić routera upchniętego w szafce, braku 2. klucza...
