Friendly personal, roomy apartment, good parking in front of the house.

The pictures on booking.com did not show the exact location next to the main road. But it was not a problem afterwards, just the first impression was a bit spoiled.

Perfekte Unterkunft für kleine Gruppen.

Jedes der 4 Zimmer mit eigenem Bad ist schon super! Wohnküche war auch perfekt für gesellige Abende. Keller zum abstellen von Bikes ist vorhanden. Sehr nette Gastgeber und super Preis. Da kann man auf manchen Luxus gerne verzichten. Genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus

Für mich war die Lage an der Hauptstraße nicht so schön, aber anderen gefällts, wenn sie gut wegfahren können. Daher Geschmacksache.

Vacanza Super fantastica

La posizione ,si trova vicino il confine tra Italia ,svizzera. Tutte le attrazioni e sentieri molto vicini e di facile accesso, servizi supermercati,ristoranti,e distributori di benzina vicinissimi ,il tutto a circa 10 minuti scarsi di auto. La casa super pulita ,attrezzatissima ,4 camere 4 bagni ,ogni camera a il suo bagnio ,salotto e cucina ,e i balconi che si affacciano sulle montagne. I proprietari super gentilissimi purtroppo non parlando Inglese,(solo Austriaco) ma molto apprensivi nelle esigenze,cordiali e ospitali. Le mie 2 bimbe sono state benissimo ,vicino casa c'è il supermercato Despar con un ampio parco giochi per bimbi molto comodo. Zona fantastica .ci stiamo già organizzando per il prossimo anno . Vacanza stupenda.

Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub…

Das Ehepaar Spöttl hat uns herzlich empfangen und sich auch immer erkundigt ob alles passt. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock über der Wohnung der Besitzer und ist wirklich sehr geräumig. Großer Pluspunkt ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC hat. Die ganze Wohnung war picobello sauber. Der Balkon um die Wohnung ist fast umläufig und man gelangt von jedem Zimmer auf selbigen. Die Matratzen waren etwas weicher als zuhause, aber noch gut zum schlafen. Dafür hat bei jedem umdrehen das Bett/Lattenrost geknarzt. Quer lüften ging wunderbar und die Wohnung blieb auch einigermaßen kühl, obwohl es draußen richtig warm war. Jedes Zimmer hatte einen Schlüssel der auch an der Wohnungs-/Haustür passte. Das Haus liegt direkt an dem Ortseingang/Hauptstraße (Suzuki Vertretung) und man kann direkt beim Suzuki Schild in den Hof fahren (wir sind erstmal 2x im Kreis gefahren bis wir es gemerkt haben). Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir waren mit zwei Autos, Hänger und zwei Motorrädern da. War überhaupt kein Problem. Es ist tagsüber gut Verkehr vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns nicht daran gestört weil wir es von zuhause gewöhnt sind. Nachts zum schlafen war es aber echt ruhig. Das WLAN hat super funktioniert.

Die Wohnung ist für 8 Personen ausgelegt und dafür ist die Küche zum kochen (Töpfe, Schüsseln) minimalistisch ausgestattet. Teller/Tassen und Besteck sind genug da. Auch der Kühlschrank ist recht klein. Wir haben zu dritt gerade so alles untergebracht. Sicherlich hätten wir z.B. eine Auflaufform oder auch einen Fön von den Vermietern bekommen wenn wir danach gefragt hätten. Es war eine Packung Salz vorhanden, alles andere muss man entweder kaufen oder mitbringen. Der Herd geht sehr langsam und man braucht Zeit zum kochen. Die Einrichtung der Schlafzimmer/Bäder ist schon etwas älter und die Duschen nicht so groß. Es hat aber alles funktioniert und es ist dem Preis angemessen.
