Truly a lovely hotel, we'd stay again.
Family friendly, our baby celebrated her 1st birthday whilst we were staying at this hotel and they made her a birthday card and put heart sprinkles on our table at breakfast. Lots of really sweet little touches by the staff which made for a lovely experience; a new bedtime story was placed on our pillow each night, a little bunch of mimosa was given to each female on World women's day. Great location. Hotel was sparkling clean. Spa bath in our room was amazing! Spa and pool were great. Food really tasty and waiters helpful and friendly. Free parking with access to a reserved garage space.
The only negative was the bed was a bit too firm for my liking but I'm sure others would find it OK. There was a pillow menu so you can easily change pillows.

The service was superb overall in all venues & facilities. I would like to convey my most sincere gratitude to Letizia La Notte from Entertainment for her outstanding service, both her personality & attitude make her an asset, she surely brings added value to the hotel!
Food variety/taste at dinner quite simple, quality was good however focus on local recipes & taste would much more appreciated vs plain taste. Very disappointed with late check out charge of 50 EUR; at the Reception I was told no other guests were scheduled to join on my departure day & it was ok to leave the room at 1 pm but at a 50 EUR fee. It was unpleasant to know about Trentino Guest Card being issued from the hotel at the Info Point in Piazza Dolomiti rather than offered at the Reception upon check in; had to ask later in order to have it.

Posizione centrale e comoda. Servizio e staff impeccabile, piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza più che gradite.
Soprattutto in agosto i posti auto non sono moltissimi, ma siamo comunque sempre riusciti a parcheggiare nei posti riservati all’hotel.

Proveli smo šest nezaboravnih dana u ovom hotelu.
Sve nam se svidjelo. Hotel se nalazi dvi minute šetnje do centra Andala. Do žicare ima isto par minuta šetnje pa preporucam iznajmiti ski depo ili koristite besplatni autobus. Wellness je ispunio sva naša očekivanja, hrana je bila odlicna a osoblje susretljivo i ljubazno.
