Good enough room but disappointing services

Calm, big rooms, comfy bed and room clean in general

No coffee machine, or a water cooker in the room nor a distributor in the reception. The only option would be to take a breakfast deal with a pastry but if you just want coffee that is insanely expensive. For a 3 star-hotel, it should have a minimum of amenities, that was disappointing

Comfortable stay but horrible location

The hotel was satisfactory and the bed was comfortable. However it definitely needs a revamp - multiple stains on the carpet in my room. Breakfast was ok but nothing outstanding.

The location (which I should have checked I admit) is horrible. I stupidly thought plan de campagne would mean "countryside" but it's right in the middle of an industrial/commercial estate with loads of traffic and precisely what I wanted to avoid. Taking out my dog was horrible - the only bit of greenery I found was full of trash and used condoms... In fact I find the entire area surrounding Aix very disappointing.

All great. Shower gel had run out in bathroom but no problem as I bring my own.

Arrived at 10.00pm, couldn't get any food or drink and no tea or coffee facilities in room

Hotel is located between Aix and Aix TGV station, closed to the highway. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but easy to join Aix and nice villages from the hotel. We appreciated the swimming pool.

We have been pleased to find in the hotel a room for gym and regret that this room has no window (the architect was probably leaving on another planet) !

Good value hotel with secure car park. Receptioniat was polite and I had a good breakfast. The room was clean and had a modern bathroom. Only stayed one night for stop over during long journey.
