Visiting family, they chose the hotel. The apartment was nice, with ground floor living room and terrace, but mezzanine main bedroom had no toilet. So you must walk downstairs in the night. Sofa bed not that comfortable. The accommodation offers a lot, !

unfortunately the description on hotels.com website stated this hotel was 3.9 miles from Aix TGV - it was actually 10k, which caused a lot of problems getting to the station. In the circumstances, we were expecting more consideration than that the company would look into it and come back to us in due course - clearly they had the discretion to do something. we had dinner in their restaurant and discovered that the wine carafe had mould lying within the base of the bottle. We had to argue with staff that we should not have to pay for a replacement - seems obvious to me.

the building is old and run down, elevators look like they need some service.. room and halls smelled like septic shit, mattress is cheap and soft, pillows too hard, wifi didnt work and when asked the receptionist he said sometimes it work sometimes it doesnt, I show him my phone eith no wifi and he judt said it works on my phone... not recommended and not coming ever again

We used the hotel as a pit stop on the way to our final destination. The hotel was peaceful with a secure car park.

We asked after the restaurant when we arrived on a Saturday afternoon and were told that it wasn’t open at weekends, in spite of the fact that there was a large menu board at the reception. The hotel is a five minute drive from an enormous commercial area, but driving past there the day after we were glad that we hadn’t tried to find somewhere to eat on the Saturday evening. Instead we had ordered pizzas to be delivered to the hotel and we were allowed to eat them in the restaurant area. The reception staff were very helpful. We chose this hotel so as to easily drive into Marseille and return our rental car on the Monday.

Hotel is fine. Breakfast is pretty minimal and the location is very remote which means one will need to call taxis to get to anything nearing a grocery store or civilization. There is a bus service across the street.

Hotel is in an industrial area not close to any restaurants or shopping. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it is closed on weekends. Bus stop is about a 5 min walk and you can get to Marseilles or Aix-en-Provence easily. Room was large and comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights while sighting in the area.

nice hotel overall, nice rooms, nice pool area, comfortable beds. The one major problem was that we arrived on a friday to be advised that the restaurant was closed all weekend. However there was nowhere within walking distance to go for dinner and we were not advised of this when we booked. However the first night there was a lovely guy on reception who ordered us a takeaway. There is a fantastic complex little more than 5 minutes drive so perfect if you have a car. Also no matter what i tried i couldnt get the wifi to work, always full signal but didnt do anything. I complained and they said they would reset the router but to no avail. All in all a decent hotel, perfect for a quiet getaway.

The location is fine if you have a car, however it is really difficult to find. Rooms for 3 people are coming with two single beds and one chair that can be converted into bed. This chair is pretty comfortable to sleep though. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are very good.

Difficult to find with our GPS, there is not actual address to load. Location is dreadful between factories. We never tried the Kyriad's restaurant, it was unavailable the days of our stay. The local area has no decent restaurants of its own. We found a "Paul" pastry store and bought pastries for breakfast. We were surprised to find that the grocery store was closed on Sunday in the town. The shower wall in our room was made of wood and had not been properly sealed. It"s shower head sprayed water in all directions causing a flood outside the shower stall.

We booked this hotel for no other reason than it had a pool in our budget and when we arrived it had a pool with no water in it. The whole area was being renovated and looks like it will be lovely when finished but if a pool is important I would double check it is ready before you book. The receptionist was amazing and helpful and made up for any problem, breakfast was also great, Nespresso coffee awesome!
