Absolut amazing place!!! You absolutely have to visit the shisha place inside the hotel. Amazing guy there!!
All the activities were in Italian for some reason??? Which was very weird because it was not advertised anywhere as an italian hotel. So most of the times we were missing on the jokes/ the activities/ the dances etc because the staff was talking on the mic just in italian. It made us a bit sad as we would like to join
So if you re not an italian speaker its gonna be a bit weird as you might feel left out
Rather than that, the place is 10/10!!

The property is very clean, the staff is very nice the food is great and Mr. Hazem from Reception is very helpful and so nice

Excellent stay! The staff were very friendly and professional, the resort was amazing, and the food was delicious. Many thanks to the reception team for their outstanding service and hospitality. Highly recommended.

Staff were amazing, especially Mohanad, he was always smiling and went above and beyond to help us.
It was just a little far from the main strip, Naama bay and the beach wasn't sandy.
