* All about services and staff * Mr. Ahmed the manger and Ms. Rawan the beautiful receptionist for their ultimate cooperation and making this vacation unforgettable. * Chef. Mahmoud with tasty dishes and variety in buffet every day , Mr ahmed chief waiter he is a helpful man without even ask. * Bar-man , Mahmoud Sabry made excellent cocktails and Juices. * Room service, mohamed Karam very polite and honest * All vibes and animation team are wonderful * Near to Naama Bay street. * Near to private beach few minutes walk

Nothing. But if they can add a special rate for outside activities( safari trip , Tours , etc ) so the guests can depend on the hotel at everything only for trust and reliability

Rooms are specious specially family room The room view is nice as it's over the pool, but the back side view is looking out of the hotel and is very bad. "The area around the hotel" Swimming pools and aqua park are nice, and we enjoyed them

Room service and housekeeping, you need to keep calling them and they will not come or they will come late, due to shortage of the stuff whose are over loaded, on a 5 days accommodation they cleaned my room only once and it was partially cleaned, i need to keep calling for changing wastebasket and bringing the water " the min. basics" No beach available to the hotel, and it's faraway! No direct transportation from the hotel to the beach The hotel didn't consider the negative feedback from previous customers over google maps, all are still the same. I can see that there is no quality team in the hotel. only 1 restaurant is available in a 5-star hotel!, The other two restaurants are reserved by a company so we are not allowed to use, and they are even too small with limited menu. low price food in the majority of the options, but taste was good and I am not suffering eating it.
