Very clean, nice rooms, amazing spa and scenery. One of the best breakfasts I experienced.
A little bit pricey, but we can assign that to the position.
Small things like having tea bags in the kitchen, but no kettle, no cutlery or plates, no hyegene kits (except soap).

Very nice hotel and spa.
I think the food in the restaurant wasn't that high quality than last time I stayed here some years ago. Also water in some pools felt a bit cold.

For the price that I paid the room was less than I had expected. The staff were friendly, but not exceptionally so, except for one (possibly Polish) lady who was exceptionally helpful, and actually made us feel welcome in the hotel.
The room, the price and the average breakfast, particularly the underwhelming bread and cheeses.
