Åhus Gästgivaregård

Frukosten helt ok.

Underbart läge vid floden med närhet till alla sevärdheter, vackert beläget, väldigt genomtänkt och behaglig inredning som fick det att kännas elegant och mysigt samtidigt. Otroligt trevlig personal, särskilt killen i receptionen gjorde denna vistelse extra minnesvärd då han var mycket empatisk och hjälpsam 🧡

Nice welcoming in the reception. Location in Åhus is excellent! Beautiful town, beautiful walkways along sandy beach.

Parking is available behind the building but only a limited number of parking spots.

The location at the water front is amazing. The outside lounge is a cozy place to sit and enjoy a glas of wine.

We had a smelly room with lots of sewer flies - hard to tell where they came from but it made the stay a lot less amazing. The room window could be opened only 5cm...hard to get fresh air in. Additionally, there was no guest information whatsoever on the room (AC control, window operation, central heating,...) but just a QR code to get access to this information - a piece of paper could have helped a lot of older people, even in the 21st century. Overall, the staff said that they were sorry but offered no compensation of any kind... we might not come back.
