This hotel is super cute and in a fantastic location. Everything you could want within walking distance. Room was spotless, bed really comfortable.
Personal preference but the pillows were a little soft. It would have made the stay perfect if there had been a mini fridge!

Positives: Lovely staff, reception were very helpful. Large family room. Comfy beds. Quiet location. 1 min walk from the metro. Complimentary soap, shampoo. Breakfast was ok but fairly limited. I wouldnt want to eat it every day. Plenty of wardrobe space. Complimentary robes. Safe. Complimentary coffee, water and pastries at night was a nice touch. Plenty of hot water.
Negatives: The reception area did not smell pleasant. There was a lift but it was tiny - 2 people max. The shower was far too small. Couldn't actually stand in the shower and wash without the door opening. This itself would put me off staying here again. The room could have been cleaner on arrival. There were crumbs/ crisps on the carpet. Only one room key.
