Good location but disappointing hotel

The hotel was very clean and the staff especially at reception were very friendly and helpful

The hotel is very dated and does not appear to have had any noticeable refurbishment since it was built (possibly 1970's). A lot of the fixtures and fittings and public areas look very tired. the breakfast room/dining area in particular feels more like a canteen. The gardens and pool area also feels somewhat neglected. All the publicity indicate that this is a 4 star hotel (also on the hotel signage)but I would like to know which rating system is being used to allocate these stars. I would not classify this a a 4 star hotel

the environment of the hotel is very untidy, the hotel offers a room with a view of the garden, and on arrival you get a room with a view of the yard and rubbish bins. the plants were dry, unattended, garbage was thrown in the yard, the rooms had not seen repairs for a long time. True, the breakfast was not bad.

Expensive and Outdated

The housekeeping staff was nice and location.

The facilities are old and outdated. It’s across the street from the ocean but the overgrown bushes block the view. Paid extra for a balcony, with a view of a wall. The breakfast staff are not accommodating / friendly to foreigners, vegetarians or vegans. We paid a lot for very disappointing accommodations.

BELLISSIMA ESPERIENZA

Camera. Forse arredamento un po' agè ma camera di dimensioni notevoli e con terrazzino con vista... Ampia doccia in bagno.. Struttura pulita... Personale cordialissimo e a disposizione x ogni evenienza.. Mezza pensione con colazione e cena a buffet di ottima qualità, ampia varietà di scelte e quantità a piacere... Piscina comoda e pulita.. A un passo dalla spiaggia attrezzata... Una delle esperienze migliori di questi ultimi anni..

Das Hotel liegt traumhaft, das Meer liegt fast direkt am Hotel, der Strand ist wunderbar und auch in die kleine Altstadt mit Restaurants, Geschäften und immer wieder Veranstaltungen erreicht man um die Ecke. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und und freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und wird nach allen Möglichkeiten gepflegt.

Das Hotel ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen und an vielen Ecken sieht man das auch. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, aber auch ohne Charm nur zweckdienlich! Der Frühstücksraum sieht aus wie in einer Mensa, mit Plastiktischen und Plastikstühlen. Das Frühstück selbst variiert innerhalb einer Woche nicht einmal, es gab immer das Selbe!

Vacanza comoda al mare

La posizione è sicuramente ottima per chi non vuole spostarsi molto per andare alla caccia delle belle spiagge. L'offerta gastronomica era di ottima qualità, sempre variata e a buffet. Piscina pulita e fronte mare. Molto comoda anche la passeggiata serale che ha inizio a pochi minuti dall'hotel. Posteggio coperto a disposizione.

La struttura è piuttosto vecchiotta e necessiterebbe di un ammodernamento generale. Probabilmente poi però diventerebbe impagabile....

Posizione a dir poco eccezionale sul lungomare di Marina di Campo, vicinissimo alla zona pedonale. Ottima la colazione.

Vicinanza al mare, ampiezza delle camere, personale gentile

Vicinissimo al mare e al centro ma non essendo ben insonorizzato si sentono tantissimi rumori e odori provenire dalla strada e dalla pizzeria attigua, con conseguente disturbo del sonno. Una struttura vecchia con camere che ricordano un ospedale, che avrebbe bisogno di tanti lavori ammodernamento per essere all'altezza di un 4 stelle. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è affatto adeguato.

Lage top. Sehr gute Betten. Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Frühstück reichhaltig und vielseitig. Pool-Anlage sehr schön und grosszügig. Das ganze Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, zB. Badezimmer, aber sauber und gepflegt.

Wir werden für das nächste nächste Mal ein andres Hotel buchen.

Frühstück war sehr gut ausser dass die Kaffeemaschine nicht funktioniert und auch die Maschine für den Orange Jus.

Hôtel hätte eine Renovation nötig. Duschen am Pool laufen nicht und das Gras wächst rundherum. Nachtessen war wie in einer Kantine. Reservierter Tisch wurde an andere Leute vergeben. Das ganze war kein Vergleich wie 2018 schade.

Hôtel très bien situé!

le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. il y a un local à vélos, c'est très pratique. l'emplacement est vraiment top!

l'éclairage LED blanc froid de la chambre; du coup, on a un peu l'impression d'être au rayon charcuterie d'un supermarché... La salle de bain mériterait un peu plus d'attention. Ma chambre était juste en face de l'ascenseur et de l'escalier et comme l'isolation est inexistante, il faut dormir avec des bouchons d'oreille. Le petit déjeuner: on ne peut pas se servir soit même, il faut tout demander et quand il y a du monde, il faut patienter longuement!
