The staff were very nice people. This Italian couple are taking care of the place from my understanding so they were responsive even in English and replied to questions no problem. The place itself is very cute and very nice. It’s a Andalusian Muslim influence kind of South of spain architecture and it’s very pretty. Frankly, the bed was really comfortable. Everything was OK in the room. The only thing I have to mention is the towels were not freshly cleaned. That’s for sure. They were smelly now for me. That’s not the end of the world, but it would require a bit more attention towards this and the cleanness was good, but it could be slightly improved. Apart from that, that doesn’t make a criteria not to book it was a great day and I enjoyed my time there. Keep in mind that if you book you might get the room right next to the door, which is room number one, which even though it’s a good room in itself, it is right next to the door so if your light sleeper, it might have some impact for that, but I’d still would definitely book the location if you want to stay in that area The only Cohen is that the area is far from the centre but once again it’s not really a problem because you can take the bus very easily and it brings you straight to the centre in like 15 minutes so it’s not a problem

Window was indeed very high but air good and I use the rooms just for sleep so absolutely not a problem.

Great location and great amenities in the room as well as the bathroom. The kettle and the fridge were great! Overall, the furniture in the room was also very nice and comfortable, the bathroom very spacious and had everything I needed.

I was put in room 4 (Verde). Unfortunately, this room has no fresh air - the window opens to a hallway, so there is no natural light and no access to fresh air. It makes you feel stuck and you really need to go outside. Also, the walls are so thin and you hear other people walking, talking, closing doors, coming inside the building. It makes you feel there is no privacy. The window has a curtain, however you can still see the people coming in.
