Our stay at Hotel Iris was generally pleasant, with several positive aspects, but also a few issues worth mentioning.
✅ Positives:
The room we stayed in was new and comfortable.
Hygiene was at a high level – the room was cleaned every day.
Bed linen and towels were changed regularly, every two days.
The food was good and tasty.
The pool was impeccably clean, which really left a great impression.
The bar offered very cheap prices for both drinks and food – a big plus for guests.
❌ Negatives:
Breakfast was served from 8:00 to 10:00 AM, but at exactly 10:01 the waiters started clearing it away, without exception. On rainy days we couldn’t get out of the room in time, so I believe they should have shown some flexibility and extended the time in such cases.
Although we booked a ground-floor room, we were given one on the second floor, which did not suit our needs.
We wanted to pay extra for dinner. At reception, we were told a certain price, but later they said there were no more spots available. When we complained to the management, they explained that the receptionist had given us the wrong information. This caused inconvenience.
Parking was insufficient when the hotel was full – it was hard to find a free space.

I like the place. it was beautiful and clean
I didn’t like the housekeeping, they were rude and really noisy. I was in the room when they came and asked them pls to come later, but they did enter the room and started to clean the toilet with everybody sleeping. when they came later they did just throw the towels on the bed. did not change the the bed one single time we were there in 3 days or make them
