I am so upset that I did not read through all the reviews from this property prior to booking it. They have air conditioning blowing directly to your head in every room. I couldn't stay in the room during day and night. It was an awful experience which ruined our holidays. We left the property 2 days earlier as it was puting our health to risk. They did not want to reimburse for the remaining days, they very un-flexible. The beds are rock solid and very uncomfortable. The rooms are poorly isolated and there is a door connecting you to the neighbours, so if you have a loud neighbour, you hear it instantly.

A Pleasant Stay with Minor Issues

Our stay at Hotel Iris was generally pleasant, with several positive aspects, but also a few issues worth mentioning. ✅ Positives: The room we stayed in was new and comfortable. Hygiene was at a high level – the room was cleaned every day. Bed linen and towels were changed regularly, every two days. The food was good and tasty. The pool was impeccably clean, which really left a great impression. The bar offered very cheap prices for both drinks and food – a big plus for guests.

❌ Negatives: Breakfast was served from 8:00 to 10:00 AM, but at exactly 10:01 the waiters started clearing it away, without exception. On rainy days we couldn’t get out of the room in time, so I believe they should have shown some flexibility and extended the time in such cases. Although we booked a ground-floor room, we were given one on the second floor, which did not suit our needs. We wanted to pay extra for dinner. At reception, we were told a certain price, but later they said there were no more spots available. When we complained to the management, they explained that the receptionist had given us the wrong information. This caused inconvenience. Parking was insufficient when the hotel was full – it was hard to find a free space.

The food was too repetitive with no diversity at all

The place was nice and clean.

In our room no 117 there were frequent issues with the hot water. And besides, the main door was not opening properly. It was extremely noisy. Also the food was 100% the same for the whole week we stayed. It was good but very boring to have the same dinner and same breakfast for 7 days.

Everything was perfect! Excellent hotel, very good value for money. Excellent service, food, friendly staff, the beach is close and you can walk to it, as well as visit places that are 10 to 20 minutes away by car, Afitos, Kallithea, Kriopigi... Excellent for couples and for every recommendation, one of the best vacations!👌😇🥰

I like the place. it was beautiful and clean

I didn’t like the housekeeping, they were rude and really noisy. I was in the room when they came and asked them pls to come later, but they did enter the room and started to clean the toilet with everybody sleeping. when they came later they did just throw the towels on the bed. did not change the the bed one single time we were there in 3 days or make them

The bathroom too small and not so clean. Far away from the beach. The beach was too crowded. Allover I don't recommend this area of the Greece. Food was poor.

Everything was excellent. Very friendly and pollite staff. Not far from beach , and very quite. Food was very good. It will be excellent if they expand the food menu.

A little bit noisy AC from the rooms. It would be perfect of there is a table and few chairs in the rooms. Some other not important things.

Clean room, daily cleaned, clean pool, affordable prices on drinks by the pool, nice breakfast, perfect dinner, friendly staff, safe private parking (not park on the street in front of the property)

No water heater for coffee and tea in the room. Shower holder and Mosquito net are not installed at all. Place like this should have this small details. I hope you will have them for our next stay 🙂

Decent hotel with bad food

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We liked the huge green area around the hotel buildings where kids can play. The beds are comfy and they change sheets and towels every 2 days.

Our big disappointment was the food and the fact they reuse leftover food. Very low quality, no variety at all, no fish, mostly fried things. For example the mushroom soup for dinner was made from cube bullion with a few leftover breakfast mushrooms, or you can hardly find chicken in the chicken soup.Margarine instead of butter some of the days. Fruits were tasteless and old. Some room improvements they can do is to put mosquito nets and shower holders, because it's Really hard to wash your hair with one hand! Overall if you don't focus on all negatives you can have a great time exploring the beautiful beaches around!

Super clean complex with everything you need and amazing stuff in nice location. Fully recomend this

Stuff was super polite and nice, so refreshing, always with a smile, and you can see they are really hardworking, never stop, you can see them everywere, and big plus for that, I hope the managment see this, and will reward them :). Everything was super clean room, towels, bar, pool, dining area, grass, this is a calm place and perfect to clear your mind and enjoy. For 3 star hotel food was really good, different meals during the dinner, breakfest was also good, and for the lunch we skip most of it, but it was ok when we eat it, it was limited, but its a lunch so it was espected. I missed greek yougurt, I expected to see it there :), but anyway I expected lower quality and was suprised with the opposite.| Beside pool (which was up to 3m deep) you have table tennis, chess, and regular tennis court in the complex, for this rating hotel, it was great.

Not much, but would mention that beds (mattresses) was hard so not so comfy to be honest. One tiny thing that was also bothering me is coffee for all inclusive guests, so when you order espressso you got instant coffee covered with hot water, after 3 days i realised there is regular espresso machine for non All incusive guests and cost 2 euros, so i start ordering that. Its not about 2 euros, but I find it very odd not to include regular espresso in all inclusive package. This would not be deal break for me to come back again, but would note this and i hope managment will see it and change it :)

Superb

The entire hotel looks great. Staff is super super friendly, they always helped us when needed. Food is great, it is quite similar every day but there are a lot of things to chose from and make a great combination every day of your stay. The location is great, quite easy to find when entering Siviri, and the beach is about 10min walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

Master bed is divided with two mattresses which can be uncomfortable and the bed in general is not to comfortable.

Very good

The staff is extra kind, from the cleaning lady to the receptionist, everybody, big room (deluxe suite). Really clean, also for the kids they have a play ground, ping pong, chess, a pool bar, swimming pool…to sum up it is really a 3* hotel.

It is far from the beach…if you have a family you have to go by car..but we knew that. In one room there was one twin bed and in the other 2 sofa beds, which were small and unconfortable. Also in the room where the 2 sofa beds were, there was a lot of humidity, on the wall there were some kind of crystals of water…strange smell…the food was average, not too many choices. It was not bad, it was good but not too many choices and nothing special.Also for the swming pool i did not have the feeling that it is appropriate cleaned…the water was blured…

The hotel needs improvement - the handrail on the stairs was not properly attached to the wall, there were gaps between the wall and the door frame, there was no bracket to put a shower, the air conditioning was not working properly, the breakfast could be better, among other things.

Very kind staff, and very spacious hotel with good parking space, and overall nice location

The whole property is very nice, spacious, surrounded with beautiful nature. Huge emphasize on watering the property land. Good parking space, too. Really nice balcony and the view. The staff is just amazing, very kind, hospitable, always there when you need them.

Not enough sockets, especially needed for phone chargers. Beds are too soft, not very comfortable to sleep.
