Beautiful house full of character with 3 separate outdoor seating areas. Quiet village with lovely surrounding countryside. 10 minutes drive to the Carrefour.
Great base for walking, visiting Annecy and staying in for long lunches.

Nous avons séjourné ensemble à 3 familles dans cette très belle propriété.
La communication a été facile et amicale tant avec le propriétaire qu'avec la personne intermédiaire sur place.
Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et bien pensés, il y a plusieurs espaces : terrasse très bien exposée juste devant la maison, terrasse ombragée sur le côté de la maison et terrasse "suspendue" comme un balcon au-dessus de la piscine. Il y a également beaucoup de mobilier de jardin, confortable.
La maison est aussi très agréable et spacieuse, on s'y sent bien. Un gros plus est sa fraîcheur malgré la canicule!
Bref, nous recommandons cette propriété pour un séjour dans la région.

Ein traumhaftes Objekt in herrlich ruhiger Gegend! Unsere (hohe) Erwartung wurde tatsächlich übertroffen. Wenn denn nur der freundliche Weinbauer am Anfang der Straße sein Holzofenbaguette jeden Tag und nicht nur Samstags backen würde... Zum Weinkaufen selbst, ist man für gehobenere Wein in Jongieux besser aufgehoben und bei voller Belegung aller 6 Doppelzimmer wäre ein Zusätzliches Bad/WC noch das I Tüpfelchen

De omgeving en het uitzicht in de vallei is schitterend... Het huis authentiek met alle comfort voor 12 personen ... de keuken zéér goed uitgerust.... Alles is ruim voorzien vr 12 pers.... (buiten : zetels, lounge-meubilair) Mooi gemeubleerd nr de stijl vh huis..Zwembad zéér proper en onderhouden....In de streek voldoende mogelijkheden vr uitstappen....Vriendelijk onthaal... In één woord, ons verblijf v 1 week was SCHITTEREND !!!!
