Treat yourself to a relaxing break in the heart of the mountains, in this fully privatized single-storey villa, designed for convivial stays with family or friends. Spacious and easy to live in, the house develops 172 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people thanks to its 6 bedrooms.

Located on a wooded plot of 1,500 m², the villa seduces with its breathtaking view of the Chartreuse massif and its peaceful atmosphere. On sunny days, enjoy the secure private swimming pool (5 x 11 m), the large terrace with barbecue, or share simple moments around the ping-pong table.

Ideal starting point for all mountain activities, summer and winter, the house is also perfectly suitable for families (cot available). Here, people come to get together, rest and enjoy the calm of nature.

Summer holidays: weekly rentals, from Saturday to Saturday.
Out of respect for the neighbourhood, parties and evenings are not allowed.
