Jardines de Burriana

Posizione vicinissiam alla spiaggia, posto tranquillo immerso in un giardino con piscina che fa la differenza. Pulizia e tranquillità sono le cose che ci hanno lasciati veramente soddisfatti.

Location was great. A few minutes walk from the beach but far enough out that we didn’t routinely get caught in the beach traffic. Spacious property. The pool was great. Just nice and peaceful. When we did need to contact the management company the response and service was excellent. Would happily recommend the property for others. Parking was on street but we generally were able to park nearby in the evenings. It is a busy area during the day during peak holidays. Property was very clean and tidy on our arrival. Instructions for access were very straightforward. Good value for money.

The smell from the bathroom drains meant we needed to keep the door closed all the time. We had 5 large cockroaches in the apartment during the 9 days. There were lots about outside but I’ve never experienced them inside when I’ve been in Spain before.

The apartment itself and the complex are lovely . The apartment is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The gardens and pool area are beautiful, just a 6 min walk to the beach.

I suspect the apartment hadn’t been cleaned as there were stains on the bedding and a foul smell coming from the shower drain . However , this was addressed quickly by the agent who was very apologetic. The other downside was that the upstairs neighbours were extremely noisy , keeping us awake until the early hours , then waking us early in the morning.
