Delightful holiday apartment with free wifi & A/C, close to the award winning Burriana beach & the famous Balcon de Europa in the town centre.
Nº14 is a ground floor apartment with good access. Accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin) both with fitted wardrobes & A/C. The master bedroom has a wall mounted TV & direct access to the terrace.
The fitted kitchen is well equipped with full fridge/freezer, washing machine & oven.
The lounge/dining room has a large flat screen LED TV, free fibre optic wifi, sofas & dining area. Direct access to the sun terrace.
Guests have the use of the superb community swimming pool & tropical gardens.
All located just a short walk from Burriana beach
Free street parking close by.

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Something for everyone!

Great little apartment. Has everything you need for a young family. The apartment is on the ground floor and can access the pool via balcony area (we jumped over the small wall).Less than 10 minutes walk to the local beach with shops and restaurants. Perfect location to reach local amenities on foot.W

This is a beautiful property in a perfect location for the Burriana beach. The pool is excellent and the appartment well equipped and convenient. Highly recommended. CGN rentals were also great in terms of helping us with arrivals and departures.

Convenient for Burriana beach with its full range of bars and restaurants. Not far from Nerja town.
Well designed apartment, fully equipped.
Lovely bedding for the cooler nights. Easy parking on the road.

Great location in a lovely complex, lots of space to sunbathe & swim.
Very handy for the beach & restaurants
Had to try a few lock boxes to find the key - maybe a picture of the one to the apartment in the notes
