Precioso apartamento recién reformado en Nerja

This apartment had a very good location. Close to the beach, restaurants and a reasonable walk to town. Provided a beach mat and a frozen cooler pack which was nice. Bed was comfortable. Thank you for the coffee pods & gummy bears! Kitchen well equipped.

Parking spot was extremely tight as cars park right in front along the wall. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was very loud so couldn’t use it. Did mention to the owners. No lift for suitcases.

Good communication with the owner the week before arrival and on the day of arrival. The cleaner had left the keys hidden outside for the main front door and then you are given a code for the apartment - there is no key. Location is excellent, the beach is at the end of the road. A few bars/restaurants just round the corner and then at the beach there is a good selection of restaurants, a supermarket and a few beach/clothes shops. Its about a 20 minute walk into town. The apartment is on the 4th floor, no lift but we knew that when we booked so it wasnt a problem. The apartment is a good size for a couple and very well equipped with everything you need. Good wi fi, tv with Netflix etc although we only watched the local spanish stations, plenty of hot water. The apartment block was very quiet, we didnt hear anyone coming or going at all while we were there. There is a small table and 2 chairs outside the front door on the communal landing - we didnt use it but it is suitable to maybe have your bfast outside - but it is a shared access way with the apartment next door so not private. The beach at the end of the road is lovely. Sunbeds are only 12 euros for 2 beds and a brolly which is very cheap, most places now are charging 25 euros plus. The beach is a nice size, not too big but it does get busy in high season so you need to get down early if you want sunbeds. A good range of restaurants and shops along the beach front.

Not a negative but the area around the beach is very hilly so you have to walk up a steep hill when you are walking into town. Not a problem for us but may be a problem for people with walking difficulties or if you have children and are using pushchairs etc.

La ubicación es maravillosa, a 5 minutos de la playa andando, con zona de bares, restaurantes y chiringuitos. El alojamiento es muy coqueto, muy limpio y con mucha funcionalidad.

Por poner un 'pero', faltaban algunos productos de limpieza más específicos como bayetas (para limpiar la ducha o la encimera) y no vi pack de aseo en el baño (no fue gran problema).

Todo estupendo con mucha capacidad para dormir y con todos los utensilios necesarios para poder cocinar y lavar
