About this villa rental
Located on the top of a small hill, our holiday rental villa Sunny Hill awaits. Its stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains, and the imposing Peñón de Ifach will surprise you. Situated in a quiet and safe urbanisation next to Moraira, the distance to the town is just 800 metres and can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes. You can enjoy the fantastic beaches of Moraira without having to take the car!
This charming Mediterranean rustic-style house was renovated in 2016 with exquisite taste. The bathrooms and kitchen have been refurbished, air conditioning has been installed, and a fantastic swimming pool has been built. All of this while preserving the original style of the house, its wooden beams, old tiles, terracotta floors, hand-moulded walls, etc.
From its modern pool with indirect LED lighting, one enjoys incredible sea views. It is located a little separated from the trees in order to always be sunny. The excellent south-facing orientation of the house guarantees light and sun all day long and fantastic sunrises and sunsets. Next to the pool there are two outdoor showers, one of them with hot water.
Another highlight of the house is its large pine grove located at the back, within a 1,214 m² plot: a true summer oasis where the sea breeze keeps the atmosphere fresh while you relax in the shade of its lush pine trees.
Children will also enjoy this spacious outdoor area, which includes a football goal, basketball hoop, a wooden playhouse, and a small vegetable garden where they can learn how to grow their own produce. What more could you ask for a fantastic family holiday?
The house also features a barbecue and a traditional wood-fired “Moruno” oven. Would you like to learn how to bake authentic homemade bread during your stay?
The property is divided into two floors. Its layout is perfect for making the most of the sea views from the main rooms. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, dining room, bedroom #1 with bunk beds, and bedroom #2 with a single bed and a balcony with beautiful views. Both bedrooms are near bathroom #1 with a shower. If we go up to the first floor, we have access to bedroom #3, a double room with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with incredible sea views. Next to it is bedroom #4, also for two people and very cosy. Bedrooms #1, #3, and #4, as well as the dining room, have air conditioning. The entire property has central heating with water radiators. The property also has a garage for a large car and a parking area for 3 more cars.

Swimming pool an seaview stunning and very clean. The villa is clean but inventory etc a little bit dated. Shower perfect and bedrooms okay. Airco great, wifi perfect although not by the swimming pool. The teamplayers of Solhabitat really give you the feeling that you are taken serious and they try to solve some issues asap. Service is very good. Location also perfect. By the way the villa is completely equipped with all you need like fridge pereft, diswasher, dryer, microwave etc etc
The chairs in the television corner are okay but the two couches cause backaches so that could be better.

We really loved the view and the pine trees that are around the house. For us the most important reasons to book this villa are the walking distance to the city center and the beach and certainly the view that’s even better than on the pictures. The inside of the house is still traditional Spanish, cosy and not to big, but we mainly spend time on the outside area in front of the villa and at the lovely infinity pool. We certainly hope to come back in the future and also liked the contact with the Solhabitat team.
The bed in the main bedroom on the front is comfortable. We recommend to put a better hotel style bed there with a mattress for long (Dutch) people-)
And a better working coffee machine.

Solhabitat's service levels are first class. They go out of their way to ensure you have a great holiday.
The views from Sunny Hill are beautiful. The location is also fantastic being just a 10 minute stroll into town.
There is a lot of foliage around the property which in poor weather can lead to a lot of debris around the pool.
Internally the property offers all that you need, but elements of the fixtures and fittings could do with an update.
