About this villa rental
Independent villa located 800 meters from the sandy beach and the village of Moraira with many shops, restaurants and pretty marina. There are 3 beaches: the nearest beach overlooks a medieval castle and behind this lovely beach you can find a palmtreepark. Alicante Airport is 94 km away.
The villa, located in a quiet and sunny place, has several terraces with views of the sea, the mountains or the garden of 11 acres with a pool of 9,50m x 4 m.
The villa has a living room with dining room and adjoining covered terrace, a kitchen with an adjoining terrace, a bathroom with bath, sink and WC, 4 bedrooms: bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobe and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, bedroom 2 with double bed, cot, wardrobe, separate shower, bathroom with sink and toilet and open terrace, bedroom 3 with 2 single beds and wardrobe, bedroom 4 situated upstairs with double bed and adjoining terrace. The villa is equipped with 2 more terraces, one covered terrace facing the pool .
Gas fireplace in the living room, air conditioning (hot-cold) in the living room, kitchen and sleeprooms, electric heaters in the bathrooms + 2 portable electric heaters.
Garage with private parking. Washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, terrace furniture with tables ,chairs and longchairs.
TV and satellite receiver, internet WIFI, DVD player and Stereo Radio .
Weekly price between 1000 and 1600 euro all inclusive depending on season (tourist tax, water consumption, 200 kwh/week electricity consumption, pool maintenance, cleaning at the end of your stay and internet wifi included)
Additionelly a rental guarantee will be asked of 450 euro.
It is forbidden to use the villa's electricity to charge electric cars or plug-in hybrids. Overconsumption of electricity greater than 200 kwh per week is not included in the rental price and will be recovered from the rental guarantee. The price of the overconsumption will be 0,50 euro/kwh.
At your request possibility to rent sheets and towels. The price is to ask to the owner (double bed sheets 26 euro - single bed sheet 13 euro - cot sheets 13 euro - little and big bath towel 6 euro per person).
The option sheets and towels is to be paid financially to the owner.
One cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price regardless of the length of your stay.
The rental of the villa is subject to the return of a signed copy of the contract with the mention "read and approved".
Rental from Saturday to Saturday and in high season in periods of 2 weeks. Exceptionally , can be deviated from after approval of the owner.
The reservation is always lost in case of cancellation.The rental guarantee will be reimbursed in full within 2 weeks if the directives and internal regulations included in the contract have been respected.

Beautiful villa amazing outside area Ideal location Host amazing Pool and outside area could not have been better Would 100% go there again I would describe the villa as quirky with brilliant outside areas a bit like a maze with different doors leading to different outside areas Grandchildren loved every part of it especially the pool which was spotless Amazing value for money

8 of us shared this lovely villa. It had everything we needed. Plenty of inside and more than enough outside space. Cleanest pool we have had in a villa. So close to Moraira takes about 10mins to get to the beach bar and town.. Any family will love it. Great communication with Serge. Nothing was a problem. If there’s up to 8 of us another we would book again.

We stayed at Serge's lovely villa for a week in June and had a great time. The party was 6 adults and one infant, age range 1-68 and the villa suited us all very well.
The main attraction is the pool area and terrace, which are fantastic and somewhere you could spend a whole day in the brilliant weather.
Due to the hot weather, walking 15 minutes to the beach during the day was not possible for us so we ended up taking the car. The nearest supermarket and pub are 10 minutes walk away.

The outside space is excellent apart from there aren't enough loungers for the number of people the property holds. The pool was fantastic and was cleaned 4 times in the fortnight we were there. The villa is just the right distance out of the town centre so that the walk back after food and drinks wasn't too far. The kitchen was well equipped although we had to clean some of the utensils before using them and we found other peoples food and condiments left behind.
That's the good news, the bad news is there is only one key to lock the property and that key is used in the front door, back door and all patio doors. As we were 2 separate families this was a problem on some days.
You are essentially the cleaner for the next people staying in the villa as you have to sweep the outside area and clean inside before your deposit is returned. Having stayed in a number of villas we've also had a cleaner attend on the middle weekend, this didn't happen here.
You can't use all of the air con units at the same time otherwise the electricity cuts out. The en-suites need renovating. The hot water comes from a hot water tank so as soon as one person has had a shower the hot water is diluted with cold so we found only 2 out of 8 people could have warm showers.
The bedding wasn't the cleanest compared to other villas we've stayed and the bundle of towels we paid for, which we had to clean ourselves, was a bit expensive.
There are no photos of the twin bedroom on HomeAway and it became apparent why when we arrived as it's tiny. Too small for 2 teens.
We would definitely return to Moraira as the town has a vast array of restaurants and bars but this villa would need some money spent on it before we'd consider going back.
