Spacious living-dining room with pellet stove and direct access to the terrace, modern, fully equipped open kitchen (integrated appliances), bar with access to a covered terrace and barbecue, laundry room, guest toilet, and an additional toilet for use by the pool. Ducted air conditioning (hot/cold).
• Middle floor:
Three double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom with shower. Individual air conditioning via split units.
• Upper floor:
Master bedroom with full bathroom (bathtub and shower), large built-in wardrobe, and access to a private terrace. Electric underfloor heating and split-system air conditioning.

This was a dream villa, absolutely huge, top spec design, roof terrace, heated pool, so close to town. It was definitely the best villa we’ve ever stayed in. Marisa and Julian went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Moraira is beautiful! We’d never been before but will definitely be back. Such a lovely place full of the most friendly people. Amazing!!!

5 is not enough.The communication from the outset was great from Marisa and throughout our stay.The photos do not do the Villa justice far exceeded our expectations in every way.Everything was brand new and every detail considered. A beautiful villa in a great location 8 min walk to the supermarket and 12min to the bars and restaurants. The maintenance of the pool was excellent. Providing the pool towels was a nice touch and genuinely could not recommend this Villa highly enough. We were two families and there was lots of space and we all loved the Villa.
